A rooftop bar with great view day and night. Overlooking Raffles hotel. Love the chill vibes!

One of the best place I've been in Singapore. The happy hour starts at 5pm and the drinks are charge according to the time. So it starts at 5 follows to 6, 7 and 8 dollars.

Great rooftop bar with views of the Raffles Hotel. One of the best happy hour deals from 5-8pm, with especially cheap house wine.
It gets very busy however, so if you can book a table in advance then that would be recommended. Otherwise, especially with larger groups, you'll likely have to wait.

I liked this bar 10 years ago, now it's lost something. The gummy cocktail was pretty awesome and now it is shot sized but still costs the same price. Feel like I'm getting like ten times less value for money on that drink now. They used to have a bishi bashi arcade machine and politically subversive paintings (Bush Jr next to Hitler and Mao), now it's just generic. The crowd is quite old, lots of expats and women. The music used to be better, now it's bad remixes of pop hits from the 70-90s.

Excellent little find!

Overlooks the Raffles Hotel. Wait staff was excellent. Food is limited. Prices were pretty steep.

Kimcheeseburger is an incredible combination of flavours - blew our minds! Wait staff are so friendly! Speed service, knowledgeable about the menu and honest with recommendations. It is always a pleasure to return to Loof!

A place to check out for your Singapore trip. Great cider choice and fries with chili crab.

Food was good and drinks were okay but the service was super super slow. They seemed like they didn't know how to handle large crowds. We kept telling different waiters to get more water, grab the check, etc. but they just never came. We ended up having to go up to the counter to pay, that made the experience not so great.

Really creative cocktails and presentation! Plus love the beat the clock happy hours starting at $5 per drink from 5pm. Legiitt.

Rooftop Bar in Singapore. Good cocktails, and good if you are part of a crew. Not good for small groups of 2 or 3.

Great chill out place if you come here before 630pm. Nice environment to meet friends. Limited beer on Tap but who cares if the ambiance is great. (A bit warm for today.) ;)

A rooftop bar. Good ambience. One of nice places to chill out around City Hall, Bugis area. Good selection of cocktail.

Good ambience, if you don't mind the heat. Fun cocktail combinations but limited food menu. Good place for post work drinks.

Still the best value Happy Hour in Singapore! Come along from 5-8pm to try and 'beat the clock'. Try their 'Loof bubble tea' cocktail!!
The food menu has changed in recent months (boooo, no more 'loof flies' or tiger prawn toast) and you'll find an interesting local spin on classic bar food.
The staff are outstanding and always make you feel welcome.
Not a bad view too. On weekdays reserve a table cos it gets CROWDED from 6pm.

surprisingly cooling despite outdoors, nice atmosphere. food comes in small portions and not cheap. very crowded till late on a weekday. good drinks.
Shirley Odelia (06/04/2017 19:04)
Yummy burgers though a tad bit pricey. Selection of mains are limited. The happy hour of hourly increase in house pours still stand fr 5-8pm on weekdays. 20% discount with uob cards. Spent $50 for a burger, satay, 2 wines and 1 house pour. Will be back ;)

It's outdoors but under a loof. I mean roof. Loved the Shitake Skewer and Local Prosperity Flies (waffle cut fries with truffle dressing). Delicious! Airy and cool. Great ambience.
Dhanendra Poedjono (21/02/2017 15:48)
Good food, awesome drinks, exciting environment and the staff are very friendly. It's crowded during weekends and happy hours. Probably one of the best place to chill in Singapore.
Winnie Chiu (10/12/2016 08:48)
Came here for Happy hour (ends at 8pm). Full pint beers on tap are 10SGD each. The chili crab waffle fries and cheeseburger yakitori were very tasty!
Archit Sharma (07/12/2016 01:44)
One the best rooftop bars in singapore. Love the happy hours deal with drinks the price of the hour
Matthew Smith (28/10/2016 12:26)
I really enjoyed it hear, make sure you arrive early for the very reasonable happy hour prices. Food was also really good for a bar. Only negative is that most is not undercover so don't go if it's raining. Having said that on a good night the open air is really brilliant.
Kenneth Chan (02/06/2016 16:28)
Open air roof top bar with a very chill out vibe. Love the view. They have this interesting happy hour gimmick where house pours are $5 at 5pm, $6 at 6pm, etc. Beers go for a flat rate at $10 though. Sadly, the nice seats near the edge are where smokers congregate. Sucks for me as a non-smoker who likes to enjoy the view and breeze. No issues for smokers though. Service crew are quick and attentive which is great.

Love this place after stressful working day, they meet you with a smile, they call you by name, they offer you complimentary drinks and bites to ask you of what you think of the mix... can't ask for more
Christopher Kwek (19/09/2016 16:40)
Pretty good pub for its drinks and finger food. Love the bacon on the stick...superb. View is suprisingly nice even on 3rd floor.
Elizabeth Munro-Ginn (23/08/2016 19:42)
Low rooftop bar (3rd floor) but nice view, good happy hour prices and generous pours but otherwise expensive, insanely busy.
As has been stated the nice views are at the edge of the place which is also the smoking area so not really the best layout.
If you want a good seat you have to get there before work lets out. At 5ish the place was empty but by 6:00 it was totally packed.
Mark Kay (28/06/2016 23:02)
One of the best rooftop bars in Singapore. Happy hour prices start at $5 from 5pm then $6 at 6pm, $7 at 7pm until 8pm when it reverts to normal prices. It's usually busy, even during the week, so booking a table is recommended.
annjay Lim (31/05/2016 09:08)
Ambience 4/5
Food 2.5/5
Do make a reservation if you wanna head over since... It's always packed with people who have just knocked off from work, and you will end up wasting your time away queuing for a table.
Esben Søvsø Szocska Hansen (11/05/2016 18:09)
Nice drinks, nice service and nice food. And sitting outside in hot Singapore with a good view is really worth it.
Lee Enhao (28/12/2015 18:35)
-Good-
Not crowded even during Christmas weekend.
Interesting decor.
Roof top bar; although low but offers a great view of the city lights at night.
Many types of whisky.
Beer pong available.
Friendly service.
The lack of rowdy teenagers.
-Bad-
Limited choice of beer.
Not cheap but I wouldn't say it's expensive.
Didn't have live music when I was there.
Bottom line: I'm definitely going back there again.
