I purchased a package of approx SGD4,200.00 for a guaranteed 10kg loss. I ended with less than only 2kg loss and failed to lodge against LWM via Small Claim Tribunals.. because I did not have a 'written agreement' on guaranteed kg loss.
LWM will convince you to sign the agreement even without any written guaranteed. Lesson learnt!
The motto, 'long lasting weight loss' never materialise..
