It's still a nice environment for dining and chilling out. Wide of selection of craft beers, plus new ones.. Although price is a bit high, but it's still worth the value. Plus it allows early reservation for events and dinner parties .

To start off with, make reservations if you do not prefer outdoor seating, especially so if you hate to be surrounded by heavy smokers. Outdoor seating allows smoking and even provides ashtray. Good news for smokers but at the expense of the rest looking for a decent meal.
Salmon spinach pie is pretty bland and salmon bits taste fishy. Buffalo wings, beef stew are ordinary, not exactly good like some have suggested. Taste bud is probably tarnished by the second hand smoke.
Staff are alert despite being shorthanded and have not problem getting their attention.

Great and quick service. Nice, quiet place to chill for the afternoon. Menu comes with a variety of German food. Interesting local craft beers in sampling size with reasonable pricing. Tried out their sausage platter which is good for 2-3 pax. Food is acceptable.

Good place to hang out in a group. The salmon pizza and Chicken schnitzel was really good. Garlic clams were good too. Slightly pricy.

Good food with great selection of local beers. Their servings are quite sizable. They have savory crepes too if you are looking for something unique. Interior is nice and cozy. Recommend if you don't like a crowd.

The food just so so. For buffalo wings I think wing stop will be a better choice. For the tortillas with Mexican pulled beef sauce, the sauce was so plain I can't taste anything Mexican at all.

Place is cozy but space maybe limited for indoor dining. There are options for outdoor dining too.

We only had beers here. Ambience not bad but beers a bit pricey ($17) each per Trappist beer

The waffle ice cream and beer selection is perfect to cool off after a macritchie run... food is good too... always a good experience when we've stopped in here!

Service was really good (we went at 9plus pm on Friday, only 2 tables of ppl there) however I did hear the familiar sound of a microwave, most possibly to heat up the marshmallows on my hot chocolate but it still wasnt really hot enough. The food was all pretty good and we still love the crepes. Cosy atmosphere and great place to chill.

Cosy cafe with some good eats (shepherds pie) and Belgian beers.

Went there for lunch and tried their buffalo wings and seafood+mussel stew. The wings were good but the stew was just average.

nice quaint place but unfortunately this place do not know how to handle big groups. We had a group of 14 wanted to have lunch when the cafe just opened and there was barely any other customers. They refused to take all of us and instead told us that if we occupied the whole place, other customers can't get in. Aren't we their customers too ?????

Mussels are probably one of the best you can find in Singapore. Good food with good ambiance.

Found this lovely place by chance. The Funghi Bianca is probably the best pizza I've ever had!

Lovely cafe!

Enjoyed the large selection of beer and the tasty crepes. Pomodoro chicken was flavorful. The apple crumble wasn't the usual crumble style and can be skipped. The interior atmosphere was great and conducive for chats even on Friday nights.

Great selection of beers and ales and other alcohol drinks. Definitely try the chicken and waffle, not too bad and really sinful. But the prices for food is on the high side.

A lovely little cafe. Good coffee and cakes, decent food and it even stocks Belgium Trappist ales. It's definitely small but I think it's cozy. It can get crowded at times but the staff are generally helpful. In my book exactly what a cafe should be - genuine and definitely not too hipster.

My friends and I picked this cafe after reading a facebook post about how cozy it was, etc. Well, it is cozy because it is small. Not much decor, just the usual old stuff placed here and there to give it some retro-ness without spending a lot of money. The food was so-so but definitely overpriced. Our fish fillet had bones in it and the waiter simply said "Ok. I will let the chef know." All of us decided we will not return even though the buffalo wings were not quite tasty.
