Doctor can be brusque at times (as other reviewers have noted) but is friendly and affable once you get to know him well. Affordable prices compared to polyclinics and other private GPs.

Never seen a doc that is so boorish, arrogant, negligent and have such a poor attitude towards patients. Went twice, twice the experience is dreadful!

Absolute horrible experience. I went there with my wife today. As soon as we walked in, Dr. Alan Chin asked us 'what do you have?'. No hello, no please take a seat nothing.. he was in such a rush to finish. He is so intimidating that my wife forgot to mention certain symptoms before I reminded. Very rude and doesn't make patients comfortable at all. Will not go there again. The doctor at the Chong & Lim clinic right next to this Lifeline clinic is much better. He is kind and is willing to spend time with you to understand your issues. Try to avoid Lifeline clinic if you have a choice.
