Their rooms thooo amaziiiing. Front desk staffs are a bit slow. Have to wait hours before we can check in. Got the kingdom rooms, and it’s literally like a kingdom room in the movies that I saw. Got free lego as a welcome gifts. The soap is in lego shape lol 😂 various range of breakfast menus. I suggest people to also try malaysian famous chicken rice and teh malaka on a local resto chain near the hotel, it’s the best!!!

Actually is good hotel when you bringing kids.. Alots of fun for them, and the lego is very entertaining... BUT, the service dan the hospitality is considered bad for hotel as big as Lego Hotel. This hotel is focus more on Family that bringing kids, but the staff here works without any smile. (Kids love to see people who smiling)...not understanding their customers...

This hotel is really for kids. You get free 1 minifig polybag and 1 keychain. For you to claim that, your kid needs to play a game within the room to open the combination in the treasure chest (our room is pirates theme). The bunk bed has 3 beds. Kids get their own slippers, bathrobe, dental kit, lavatory sink and in-room milo sachet drink.
When you enter the elevator, the disco ball starts rolling and music plays.
The lobby has great attraction for kids such as big Lego figs, castle and ship. Yhr kids can enjoy xbox and rubber bricks at the play area too.

Happy to see many lego, and you can play with your child to building something any time. The breakfast is varied. Good services, have access to legoland theme park and legoland waterpark

A place where you dont have to worry about your kids running around as the whole hotel flooring are covered with carpets and they can have so much fun at the lobby building legos and adults too. They have beautiful theme rooms and treasure hunting where they can find a small gift to bring home with. The room can fill a family of 5 comfortably. And it comes with breakfast for 5 and have a wide variety of food to choose from.

Legoland Hotel where it is right in front of the Theme Park. It is very convenience to access the both the Water Pack and the Theme Pack. Before any other attractions, the reception area already stood up two huge Lego feature which kids cannot resist. Kids can build anything from the Lego pool while you are doing the check-in and of course when waiting for the transit to come. However, make sure you take pictures of the masterpiece they made when leaving or you may never leave.

This a theme hotel. Children would love it as it was designed and built as a fun house. Insider the hotel, there are plenty of toys. From the moment you step into the hotel, everything you see is lego. The wall, furniture are made of Lego. Even the hotel facade and entrance are no difference.

like the room, lift and hotel decoration, location is a bit far from local food. my kid enjoy the lego at the lobby and room. overall a happy stay.

The Hotel very good, but not many staff do the job for handle the Guests Hotel in High Season, and the breakfast doesn't preapare in a lot of Guest eat in they restorant, so many to do to improve this hotel.

Overall very good. Non availability of Indian Veg food was a problem. Toilets and doors need improvement. Wi-Fi was not working in most of theme park. Buffet breakfast items were not really at optimum temp, presence of 2_3 floor supervisors will be good. Other than these it was quite good experience. Happy we came.

The design of the hotel room is very creative and the hotel room has some activities that will keep you occupied. The facilities and services are also great but the tv in the hotel room is quite laggy and the breakfast buffet could do better but nonetheless it's still great.

The hotel is great for kids but it would be even better if it would be renovated and kept modern by the owners which is at the moment not the case but the facilities are very nice and it was great fun for our family

Wonderful hotel, full of surprises for kids. Love the treasure chest in Pirates Room.
