Bus was somewhat run down and from another company (Merry/Meridian Holidays) and not their fleet shown on the website.
Return bus was VERY noisy and blowing hot air from the seat at the back, as good as no aircon.
Horrible experience. I don't think I will book this company again. If all express buses are like this, I'd rather fly budget.

Melaka trip, September 10-12.
Bus was late for both back and forth trips. Poor customer service.
We paid coach type of bus but we rode ordinary both ways. No compensation made, lady just said the one that suppose to pick us up broke down.
We will never book with lapan lapan 88 again.

Good and cheaper tickets if you are going to KL. Book ahead in case of long weekends.

the bus is late for 1 hour++, and the bus logo is not 88. It is so a very disappointing and exhausting trip. Hope they can take some serious action and improve their service. It is not worth even one star...

从新加坡回宜力的88快车我已经做过很多次了第一次发生这样的事情，今天31/8/2016早上4点45分我是回KAMPUNG BARU AIR KALA的，其他3位也是在回KAMPUNG LENGGONG附近的！今天巴士开到了怡保然后叫我们在怡保下车，然后他们安排一位印度人载我们回，88服务态度非常差！我们的票写着是回我们要回的地方，巴士不是应该要载到我们回吗！为什么要换一个印度人驾私家车载我们回呢！你们怎么可以把我们放在怡保，然后你们又载其他顾客回去他们的地方呢！你要我们在怡保下车你们也应该和我们通知一声吧！！大半夜叫我们下车，谁都会怕！如果是这样我去买草原公司的巴士票直接在Kuala kangsar 下车不是更好！好过88快车把我们放在怡保让陌生人载回！
