Service isn't too great....and although food is nice and tasty, people serving don't know much about the food and it's quantities. Everything takes time, even water.

I was seated outside and seeing that they were rather busy inside, I thought that it would be a good idea to just nicely inform the staff that I'm seated outside. Wasn't rushing them, just informing. However, I was treated with hostility when I approached the bartender. He was clearly unhappy that I informed him. He implied that he was busy and that he can only do what he was doing now by gesturing at his current work. I told him that I was just informing him and he said that he could see that I was seated outside. Totally uncalled for especially since he could just tell me that someone will serve me shortly, instead of all that he had done.
Saving grace is that the food is good.

I've ordered one of the most expensive price on the menu "Porterhouse steak" $ 52.43 on food panda and asked for medium.
The steak arrived overcooked, very hard to cut and to chew, very thickened gravy to the point almost like runny dough.
It disgusting and very disappointing! We paid quite expensive price with very low quality. It came with very little salad and tasteless mashed potato.
If not because my daughter loves the quesadillas from your restaurant, i will never place the order again.

Vegetarian selection was good. Prices a bit high but the food was good. Poppers were worth a try. Would give the Martinis a skip.

food was ok but everything went downhill after that. took awhile for the food to be served despite an almost empty house. waited for very long for my churros and when I questioned them if they have forgotten my order, they were speechless and not apologetic. the final shock was the bill. they charged me $5 for the cheese in the dish that i ordered, which I was not told when ordering. the most unacceptable thing is that they even charged me another $5 for the sour cream dressing which I was again not told about it at all- the server initially told me that it would be served with the dish (which i expected it to be a regular condiment). The sour cream was served on a very tiny saucer, which didn't worth the price.
The overpriced food is made even more pricier with the "extras" that is more of a cheating to me. I would advise customers to ask if you have to pay for this and that before ordering because they simply won't tell you until they send you the bill.

Love the food and ambience here. Margaritas are good and strong. Mexican food is good but a bit pricey. There is an amazing live band on weekends here that create a fun party atmosphere. I come here often in groups and on date night and they never disappoint.

The 1 man band saves the place isn't it. The lady waitress was good, our lovely Indian man had a smile for everyone. The Chinese waiter had nothing to offer in terms of service and courtesy. Cactus salad was good, the salsa over blended and lost some freshness. The steak we had it recooked as its too rare for my wife. It came back medium, that's fine then. The drinks too eternity to come. More than 15 mins after. The restaurant was not full either. The bar man had to keep ringing bells for the drinks to be serve. I'm not sure about coming back.

This place has food that tastes great, and if that's all you care about in a restaurant then its a great place to go; however, I think that this place has some serious problems with their service, with the waiters not even knowing if the particular dish is even spicy or not. And the food taking a long time to arrive. But I gotta say the live guitar is great.
