Made an appointment to install a lock on my door on the weekend to come the next day, but the appointment was cancelled at the last moment. The staff called to say the appointment would be schedule a 2 days later, and claimed it was instructed from their boss. When i called back the boss to ask what happened, he push it back to to the staff , saying they were setting the appointments. Hard to believe.
