There was a time when Koi first burst on the scene that it was “hot” or “cool”. Now Koi is just a staple, that dose of comfort that Singaporeans have come to rely on. Koi is a bastion of consistency in a sea of ever changing concepts and this outpost does not disappoint, delivering Taiwan-style bubble tea to soothe the fevered brow.

Cute little cafe, loved by kids and adults. Service isn't the fastest but they're generally polite.

You can say that Koi was responsible for bringing back the Milk Tea craze in Singapore. There was a time when you could see long snaking queues all around Koi outlets in Singapore. Then Gong Cha came in offering the same thing at half the price and things changed quite a bit.
A few things they did differently were their very organised queue systems, the ability to pick your sugar levels and well being a big name in Taiwan.
