doktor sangat tidak sopan. marah staff depan customer. tengking depan customer. walaupun staff tak belajar tinggi, sila hormat staff. doktor lelaki tua. lupa nama dia.

Nurse had zero customer service & rude. Waited an hour for consultation and there were only 3 customers before my turn.
