Good place just that it is smaller than the main store. Need to spend a bit more time finding the books.

The biggest outlet should be at Ngee Ann City at level 4. The smallest one is at Bugis Junction, level 3. If you want to get Japanese magazines, then either outlet is available. However, don't expect Japanese level of customer service. I had heard one of their staff at the Bugis Junction outlet, after showing a customer where to find the books she wanted, this staff was cussing and swearing behind the customer's back, loud enough to be heard. There are basically no smiles or warmth or much initiative from their staff when it comes to customer service. Customers are the ones who say 'thank you' to them while they usually just stare ahead. Basically, you get a sense that the staff dislike their job and the customers who are spending their money and time at Kinokuniya. The same level of service goes for the main branch at Ngee Ann City.

Kinokuniya is your best bet on finding any books in Singapore. Its great that they allow people to ask for browsing. Its more expensive, but justified with convenience

Very friendly and helpful staff. Were even helpful to reserve books over the phone...! Awesome!

Loving this big shop, well settled and with a nice range from serious to self improvement books to language courses. Staff is friendly and helpful

Limited range of books available compared to the one at Takashimaya.

Great book store with good customer service. But too small to really offer much.

Even though the bookstore isn't crowded, the fiction section is quite narrow for people to pass through.

A little small compared to the branch at Ngee Ann city but will do if you have to get some books and it's available there.

If you want a better experience, no , its crowded all the times and space are so tight, you can't barely even walk if someone sits on the ground reading nor standing.

They're alright, but if you want a proper Kinokuniya experience - go to Takashimaya in Orchard. I do like the variety of comic books that they have here though

You can grab some popular titles here. Not as big as the other Kinokuniya stores.

🤓 the very first (and so far only) Kinokuniya store I've seen!!! Great place!

The Check Counter girl was quite rude!! Who are training these people!!!
There are better book stores nearby and cheaper too. Wasted my money and my time buying from here!!

A small Kinokuniya. A bit short handed. Very Long queue to make payments.....

A tad small for a kinokuniya, compared to its parent outlet at takashimaya. The selection of books is still relatively huge, but you may want to call first before coming, lest you make a wasted trip.

I really do not like it, it's a waste of time to me, better go to kunokuniya klcc
