Worst experience my order number #125756 which is supposed to be delivered on Jan 4th 2018 but it got delivered on 28th December 2017 which ruined all the surprises I planned , tried to contact them but I didn’t get any reply from them.

I used Kim's Florist (by random pick) yesterday to send flowers (hand basket) to a friend in JB (I'm in KL). Browsed the website (they have some really lovely arrangements), picked one that I fancied with white roses and yellow gladiolus flowers. I promptly made the payment, and called the florist to notify them of my order. BUT I soon learnt that the gladiolus weren't available. This kinda ticked me off at first (naturally) but I just told the lady (staff) to make a nice arrangement using flowers of my choice. Within 2 hours, the staff texted me a pic of the arrangement ... and it was simply GORGEOUS! I was truly impressed. Worth every single cent. Thank you! Would definitely use Kim's Florist again!

Excellent quality and service! Reliable online ordering.
Ordered online from overseas for mum's birthday, messaged the shop to confirm order/delivery and got a reply within a couple of hours!
Delivery was great, driver gave a courtesy phone call to mum as she happened to be out. Product exactly as pictured online!

Great service, attentive and friendly staff. The florist has been around for over 20 years and has a good reputation for having one of the best selection of cut flowers in Johor Bahru.
They deliver and customize as well.

Worst experience... purchased online and payment all has done.. the next day called 3 times to confirm my order and delivery to my gf.. keep telling me on the way in delivery.. then till midnight my gf yet to receive my flower during anniversary.. wtf ... delivery costs charged 30 ringgit but services worst so far
