Fast response from Alex and service was fast and great. Got my badly scratch RIM sorted for less than half a day. From calling in to end result. That’s why I would say the service was really fabulous. Rates are very reasonable.

Excellent service from the folks at Kim Hoe & Co. They are honest dealers who do not hard sell products to you, rather going with your budget and your preferences (as well as your driving patterns) to recommend the best brand / model that suits your needs.
It is important to note that depending on your driving usage/patterns, some tyres are more suitable.
Kim Hoe also provides free top up of N2 (nitrogen) for customers who purchase their tyres there. Tyre rotations are charged at a nominal fee of SGD 10.

Driving a Jaguar XF, my workshop mechanic broke 2 wheel nuts at my front tyre yesterday. Despite the boss at the workshop calling all his contacts and myself driving around the industrial park looking for repair... no one can offer me any solution or wanna take the job, for fear of causing expensive damage. Trust me, the situation is not funny to be in because of where the nut broke, providing no chance even with extractor tools.
After 1 sleepless night, remembered the good experience I had before at Kim Hoe during my last tyre purchase. Messaged Alex and he promptly replied, asking me to bring the car down for them to take a look. Few hours of hard labour later, the foreman meticulously removed the trapped nut successfully, without a single scratch to my rim and old bolts's screw thread. Just needed to replaced 2 nuts from agent and they fit perfectly. Voila!

Replaced used rims with brand new dunlop tyres with them.Alex has been very patience with me despite customers kept coming up to him. Good and reasonable place to visit.

Just changed 4 new tyres, specifically told the young man to put 250 pressure for front tyres and 240 pressure for back tyres. To my surprise actual pressure was 270 for both front tyres and left tyre rear was 240 and right rear tyre 255. Bad service for a tyre company I had to re adjust the pressure myself at the petrol station. After readjusting I checked my sensors and the reading was accurate. They obviously didn’t bother about my requirements. Bad service....

My husband friend brought us to this shop as she was a regular there.
Had a short conversion with the boss son, prices and all seems to be in the right place so went for his recommendation.
Want to comment on something that we saw.
It is nothing too big to mentioned perhaps but this small gesture seems rather hearty to us.
We were resting in a small glass room until the boss son came into the room to take a cup of water for a lorry uncle that is standing just outside the glass panels.
We did not hear their conversion but it seems to us that the uncle felt "paiseh" coz he is in a rather shabby stained clothings therefore didnt want to step in. But still he managed to lead him into the door and finally he sat down on the sofa.
As a person / business owner we take care of everyone and not just those who gave us profit.

My wife and I always thought people only Q up for food at hawker center. Was there at kim hoe yesterday during lunch time and thought we could get our tyre replacement real quick. But we are wrong! All their units are so packed with cars and there are still 2 more cars ahead of us waiting. Alex was the one who attended to our needs ,he is friendly and assured us it will be a short wait. Fair enough everything was quick and they have ready stock for the tyres we wanted.
Negative : No one to guide us in when we got there , have to stopped by the side of the road walk back to their shop because there is not parking.
Positive : They have a NICE waiting room to shelter us from the hot weather.
Tyres prices are okay slightly cheaper than the quotes we got.
Overall good experience. =)
