As the owner of a preschool and kindergarten, having the most excellent, thorough and efficient pest control services is an absolute must when it comes to childcare. Hence I have not regretted engaging Killem on a annual contract and I am a completely satisfied client. The collaboration and service have been flawless from the beginning to the end. The sales team is extremely responsive and accommodating (have changed the appointment date a couple of times without any troubles), the prices are very reasonable compared to other players in the market, and services are delivered at a top notch quality. During the routine inspection, their service guy did even more than necessary to make sure our kindergarten remains pest-free. In addition, I always appreciate that they follow up. Very professional and I do not have to worry about pest control servicing again - fully recommended!

Quote me a price of an hour + the number of man involved.
During the service itself, the inspection did not even took 15 mins.
(with the see see look look attitude, totally not worth it, even if we request a follow up inspection when the pest issues is getting out of hand, the coordinator told me that they will just bring forward 1 service. I mean, if its a 1 hour job, you jolly well stay for 1 hour and at least put in the effort to look through properly. You guys are professional, if you think the job can finish within 1/3 of the time quoted to me then charge me 1/3 of the price.)
I hope this only happens to me and not the rest of your clientele whom engaged your services.
