Very bad service... very rude staff... I asked whether there is a screw for my carbon aero stem cover which I could purchase... I was totally appalled when the staff responded with an arrogant look and asking me why I bought a bike without a screw... I smiled, shook my head and walked away... obviously, I was conversing with an idiot... with that response, I would gladly purchase any screw to tighten his brain instead, so that he will not shame his parents, community and country ever again with rude and idiotic response to a simple query... KH Cycle just lost another customer.

Very poor service. I call them asking if they had a spare part for my crank set. They confirmed hey had it. When I went they didn't have it and only sold the entire set that tried to push on me.. over $1.5k vs $70..

Very bad service. Went there with the intention to get a new bike but the staff can seem to care. Not even sure if they are keen on doing business. Not convince to buy anything there.

Bad after sells service. If you have problem, they won't be very patient or responsive

Technical Staff are very accomodating and willing to give the best option for your bicycle.
