It's in a great location. Pretty cheap. However the room I stayed in has a weird smell...

Tips:
- There is a mosque across. Don’t book here if you mind the early morning prayers (6am probably).
- Bring your own towels or spend a few SGD to rent
- If taking train from airport and lugging suitcases, from Changi stAtion, alight at Expo stAtion and transfer to Blue line (downtown line) and alight at Rochor stAtion. This route is longer in duration but only a single transfer than the other choice which transfers at Tanah Merah and at Bugis (it’s a long walk here) stations. At Rochor, take Exit B. take elevator to street level. Walk right along Perak Rd away from Sungei road. The second street corner is dunlop st. See Kawan Hostel on your right.
- At Perak Rd corner Dunlop st, there is High Five food hub (Indian and Thai fusion choices) if you are hungry.
- There is another train station close by (the blue line Jalan Besar stAtion)
- There is a Chinese hawker hub nearby near the Jalan Besar stAtion

They are bad at everything from bedsheets to bathroom and there is no staff here to help and there is no one at desk when we came here. Worst experince ever.

Worst bed sheets and stinking rooms. There is literally no staff here amd non negotiable desk manager. Air con was not working. Well there is nothing really good thing about this place. Just search for another one.
