I don't really have a good experience here.
Waited for quite some time in emergency room. Then, I was being pushed aside (around 20 minutes) to wait for admitting ward. Be aware of unseen charges. Once you admit, you need to pay few hundreds as a deposit. It will be double charged if admitting or doing any operation during weekends and after working hour (there are specific time slot). So my scan was postponed to weekday. I believe the double-charge condition maybe the same as other private hospitals. I am not satisfied with the doctor's description of the pre-diagnosed treatment. He placed a question mark there and it made the insurance company be more sceptical on my sickness. Take note: Your insurance company may not inform you there is a possibility for you to pay your own first then claim back if you are a quite new policy holder (less than 2 years). Provided with unclear statement given by the doctor, I didn't get the guarantee letter. I paid the deposit a day before the scan. However, they made me fast for more than 11 hours before the scan. They even wanted me to top up the amount of deposit before I did the scan. Can you imagine when you have waited for the scan and hear all of those statements?My family was very angry with their treatment on me. Keep asking $$$! My point here is the hospital management should be improved and be more considerate (I have paid quite high deposit amount). By the time we discharged, definitely we need to pay. So, what's the point you sound so cruel to the patient? You can mention it when we pay the deposit. Not keep asking money at any time!

Need to wait for a long time from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm that time i was very angry

Specialist hospital. Many crowds. Waiting time same as General hospital.

Terrible experience. Insurance was cleared at 1.20 and was informed by the relevant department to the ward immediately for discharge however we were not informed until I went up again to one of the nurse at 3.40 pm to check on the status again. Poor coordination. It's a specialist and we were charged 2700+ yet the service is not up to the par.

Horrendous waiting times. No system for queueing. Incompetent staff. Came in early in the morning to check why I am coughing up blood. It is now 3pm and I have only seen one GP for 5 minutes, who seems more interested in pushing me out the door than helping me. And she doesn't speak English. Pathetic.

Last minute asking for ct scan film before operation, no preparation, no system at all. Come on this is human life

Nurses at ward level 5, your face black like s hole, 9 out of 10 are overweight, or purposely want to adapt yourself to lower temperature in hospital...
Paid so much money to get such services

I was staying at Premier ward 506(20/2/17).The breakfast given was 4 slices of bread which looked so dry.Its worse then any government hospitals.The handler said this all that is available.Come on KPJ Im sure you can better.It was setved at 8.30am,It should be served at a much earlier time.
Please improve and be prompt.

Only one doctor on duty at night but with lots of patience hence consume a lot of waiting time
