Tasteless drink and beads. Not worth the near 30 minutes of queuing multiple lines to get-heed that photo. To make matters worse she missed calling my number and when I pointed out that I never got my drink handed me a drink and waved me away like a bug. No apology for the confusion and extra wait, nothing. Horrible customer service for below average drink.

So inconvenient to force customers to pay by cash or ezlink!

I always need to get my dose of Koi every week. The service is efficient, the wait is reasonable considering that there is always a queue and the quality is always up to standard.
The staff are friendly enough and seldom get the orders wrong.
You can always check your order on the screen after ordering.
The shop is usually busy whenever I visit and I never get disappointed with Koi.
Favorite drink is the Ovaltine and the yakult green tea. Close runner up is the no. 8 juice.

Love koi. A variety to the cold sugary tea range. Unlike other tea stores, they are not famous for their bubble tea but their macchiato. Thick foams on top of the tea. Really refreshing on a hot day.
The photo shows the WRONG way to drink the macchiato. Use the cutter on cut along the dotted line.

okay - tad warm. lucky for Jan/Feb breeze.
usual 10mins wait, grab & go loc for flavored drinks + tea.

It's a takeaway place very close to the Bugis MRT station. I recommend to try their green tea with golden bubbles. No need to add sugar since bubbles are sweet enough.

This is not really a cafe as there are no places to sit and chill. The drinks taste good though.

There's always a queue but it's clears quickly. It's a takeout place so not a cafe exactly - no seats.

Koi Cafe in Bugis+ is placed outside the mall so it's quite inconvenient if the weather is hot. Service is great.

KOI bubble tea! Yummy! Recommended for bubble tea lovers. The location is easy to find. You get numbers when you ordered and it will be called when ready. I remember when it first opened. Snake lines all over Iluma walkway (the name was Iluma and not Bugis+ back then).

Convenient location, consistent taste
Just a pity, there is no place to sit to chill with friends

Just koi store. Nothing special. There's usually a queue here.

Quiet expensive, but quiet tasty

Get consistent taste even across different KOI outlets.

In spite of its name, this is not a sit down cafe (yet). Usual Koi drinks with coffee menu, but be prepared for a really long queue during lunch and weekend evenings. Efficient staff but the sheer volume of orders means a good 10-15 minute wait during peak timings.

My favorite source for a sugar fix. You can't go wrong with a classic milk tea with pearls, but I'm particularly fond of the mango green tea.

Extremely efficient bubble tea shop. Even though the commonly have long queues during lunch break, they still can deliver your drink pretty quickly. Impressive!
