I ordered for twister and cheezy wedges at 19:42 . And the cashier said i need to wait for 5 mins to prepare it. Yet now its 20:15 i receive my food. Very disappointed with their service and discipline from the staff. They dont even have basic knowledge how to treat the customer. The customer not always right. But dont treat the customer like a burden. They just hungry and need food. Hope the management would take action on this by sending the staff for training or teach them basic acknowledge.

Worst kfc i had in my life
9pm got 7 customers queuing;
7 staffs only 1 fellow was serving table preparing food & cashier... the rest all did nothing but chitchat lol play phones... waited 30 minutes for my 2 pieces (juiceless crunchless) chicken, i had a bad night

Always got disappointed by the size of their chicken which are generally small compare with other branch. Just to complain with their fried chicken, others are fine.

The taste not the same like year 1990 finger likin good from year 2010 and above the quality worst ever i hope the management of kfc must look at the issue .
