Bad working hour, also doesn't release worker in time extending them as due to their poor management of their workers expecting me to cover their shift as they can't make it and it happens so frequent to the point i can't trust this company anymore. Also, working there, i had to do two jobs sometimes and get paid for one job and it's so little by the company which i think it's very unfair. Futhermore, they expect me to come early but never release me on the dot when i was supposed to be released.
I AM A PART TIME WORKER NOT A FULL TIME WORKER PLEASE KEEP IN MIND!

that time i went to this kfc, i ordered zinger box and end up my cheese fries is missing and made me top up for nothing. i should have check before i leave the store and back to my home. how disappointing ruined my whole day

Waited got 30 minutes for fast food, the staff s are busying with delivery and ignore ppl who is queuing!

It was my first time there and the manager ( Jason ) had already gave me a bad impression there. There was no staff around and just him. I took an order from him and he eventually being so rude at me and even gave me the wrong order! He also didn't apologised and continue giving rude face and stares. What a lousy manager there. The manager was so rude from the beginning when I wanted to order my food.
Complained, but no respond at all. What a KFC.

The female operation staff was unfriendly and revised the delivery time from 11.40am to 12.45pm without my consent.
She gave me a call, claiming that consider the bad weather (rain in the morning), the delivery might delay to 12.30 - 12.45pm. I told her I understand the situation face by motorbike rider who send the delivery, and it's fine for us to wait longer IF THE WEATHER IS BAD.
Fortunately, the rain stopped half an hour after the call (rain stopped around 11am). I was expecting to have my delivery reach to doorstep ON TIME since the weather is pretty good (sunny day). But, the food was not delivered to me despite the good weather.
At 12pm, I tried to call to the mainline to track the delivery, and been told that the "Revised" delivery time is 12.45pm! The operation staff revised without getting proper consent from the customer, this is very rude and unprofessional.
The delivery staff was on-time & polite, which is the only thing that makes me happy from this KFC experience. I will not order from KFC again.
