Worst kfc chicken ever had in Rivervale Mall kfc store . Original chicken, chicken fillets were too salty and crispy Chicken was roasted dark. Upgraded to Sjora but no scratch card given .

Lacks at representing the signature brand couldn’t feel the KFC flavor and the atmosphere.

management was bad. serve old chicken when the customer saw a new batch of chicken was place in the food heater. since the customer saw it, wouldnt it be better to serve the "fresher" batch?

Quiet on nonpeak hours but queues get insane during meal times
