The slowest outlet you will ever encounter. Takes 45minutes to clear 5 people in queue and each orders are not big orders. Only 2 out of 3 counters are opened. Manager's nowhere to be found when she should be helping out. Queue at your own risk, even when you see the queue is short at KFC bishan.

Literally the SLOWEST fast food outlet in Singapore. Takes 5 minutes per customer! 2 long queues, and only 2 service staff!!
They will take the order, go get the food, then drinks, and then collect the money. One person is doing all this!
If there is no ice, one of them has to go grab it. If there is no cheese, same. If no chicken, they'd need to go to the kitchen to get some.
WHY ONLY TWO SERVICE STAFF? MCDONALD'S NEXT DOOR HAS 2 QUEUES AND 6 SERVICE STAFF. One for taking orders, one for food, one for drinks!
KFC making use of the disabled and metally challenged so that they can save costs. But it is really too slow. They should consider hiring more capable staff. You can't have the whole team being disabled man. Pls la, whoever the manager or franchisee, do something about this problem that has been around since 2005.

2 extremely long queues and there’s only 2 service staffs. Should not be considered fast food or express. Ordered 2 meals but they don’t have coleslaw, and can only offer me another 2 whipped as replacement. So I’m supposed to have 2 meals with 4 whipped potato...
Poor service.

super crowded and inefficient serving system although staff is really polite and fast

Used to be better. But kfc's quality is dropping and the few good outlets are almost gone. :(
