This outlet need to improve queue system. All customers queue from left (inside outlet) whereby people who do not know enter from right entrance and cut into the queue without knowing

Worst meal I’ve tasted so far, even when the chicken is tender and smoking hot... But then I realized it wasn’t kfc, it was me. I’m growing too old for greasy fried food... side note server was courteous (skinny lad with specs) but just need to improve on his speed.

Ate lunch many times at this outlet. One particular counter server (Young skinny guy with spectacles) is very courteous. 5 star for his service.
