Swimming pool with slide. Meh. For kids but I have to pay extra for its maintainence. Wave pool to Lepak inside. Not my thing. Sheltered adult pool but still have to exit on rainny weather... So what's the point right? Gym is fantastic. A lot of machines, quite big. Weight lifting areas is quite small. Many limitations. Unable to take off bar for dead lift. Due to experience, I recommend beginners to use this gym. For those that gym for quite a while, it's not really advisable for you as it have got limited free weight training area, 1 decline/elvated and normal bench press each. Interestingly, they got a bench for upright seated military lifts which is quite rare. The rest are mostly normal. Many activities workshops during holiday period. Almost no food around the area except a run down shop selling protein powder... A bit like a drug stall. Car park is expensive. They have got a fitness corner opposite and running track

Avoid coming during lunch time. Either come. Before 1030 or after 2pm to avoid the crowd.

Spacious, clean, most well kept gym. There's even a ladies corner!
