Part of the Robinson group of companies that also owns Marks & Spencer and Robinsons. Retails clothing, cosmetics and toys mostly but range is very limited. Staff were lacklustre in service, almost reluctant to provide any form of assistance, and crude in answering queries. Internal escalator was not functioning as well as poorly ventilated. The whole store was really hot resulting in a abysmal shopping experience. Not interested in ever going back.
