This restaurant has been opened 12 years ago with many of the staffs are from Thai including the chef. I won’t say they are very authentic Thai cuisine but close enough. Ordered their fried pineapple rice , pad tai don’t tasted as sweet like other pad tai which I think is better for me , honey chicken tasted great, green curry chicken is great but found Tok few chicken pieces around, fried Kang kong was great, fried basil with minced pork, Tom yum kung soup were great. Fried prawn with vermicelli tasted below standard as the prawn was tasteless and The vermicelli has no black pepper taste. The dessert like red ruby and mango sticky rice were great. Small restaurant and cosy. Very attentive service by the staff. Inexpensive and worth a try ..

Pretty decent Thai food. Try to sit inside. Outside seating may have mozzies

This hole-in-the-wall modest Thai eatery serves droolicious Thai cuisine and does not additionally charge GST, only charges service charge. Female service staff is very attentive and provides excellent service to customers. Strongly recommended.

Nice warm ambience with great food!

Amazing food. Highly recommended. Try their pepper beef on hot plate, omelette, Tom yum soup and pandan chicken.

Food was decent, price is slightly high and I personally feel that it isn't worth the money. Pineapple fried rice (medium) came with 3 prawns and tasted like normal fried rice. Seafood tomyam soup was good, comparable with Myojo tomyam flavor instant noodle soup (slightly better). Pandan leaf chicken tasted like normal chicken with slight pandan fragrant.

1 star might be even more appropriate. Ordered 4 dishes and 3 were disappointing. Only the steamed fish was acceptable, the thai vermicelli uses cheap tang hoon which has no texture at all and breaks easily, dry curry was unexpectedly sweet, milky and non-savoury, the worse was hotplate seafood tofu, the dish that spoilt the meal.. we doubt where did all the good reviews came from. Overall, overpriced ($72 for 2pax dinner) and this is surely gonna be our first and last visit here.

Poor experience. Food came 50 minutes late after I prompted the staff three times.
Food was unsatisfactory. Only the basil minced pork was decent. Belachan sweet potato leaves and pineapple fried rice tasted bland, while tomyum soup was diluted.
Two stars because the staff apologised with a 10% discount and the beer was cold.
Will not visit again.

food is eh. fried rice is meh. for the price you're paying, i would expect better quality. wouldn't recommend.

Good thing: Nice and affordable food. Indoor air-con, outdoor is natural ventilation. Mango rice is good! The soup very appetizing!
Bad thing: Outdoor comes with mosquito.

Food is good, but have to say its really pricey. $3 dollars for a small glass of Thai Milk Tea. I would 2nd think again if i would want to eat here again. Have similar standards Thai Food in Singapore for a lower price tag or bigger portions.

Joe's kitchen offers consistently tasty homemade dishes with good service.
A must-try Thai food place in Singapore, there are many varieties to choose from the menu at affordable prices.
Personal favourite:
mango salad, pineapple rice,
Mango sticky rice
And of course, a cup of unique Thai milk tea.
23rd April 2017
Not going to order mango salad next time
29th July 2017
Standard is back again!

Horrible food! Fish in the tom yum tasted very fishy and old. When I complained the lady just looked at the food and said nothing. Gave me the bill to pay. I told her you can't be giving customers food like this. She looked blank and nodded. Hopeless service staff!

Good Thai food at reasonable price and quantity. Though it might not portray the best of the ambience, the food quality compensates for the same.

Seafood tomyum was good, not too spicy with a good amount of ingredient. Thai ice tea could be better
Farid Samie (02/05/2017 15:45)
Casual place, tastes are good, reasonable price, smallest portion is still good for 2, not a noisy.

Best thing is the Pandan leaf Chicken. That is 5stars. But overall its okay.

Bad service. There was one only 2 of us for lunch. There were 6 empty seats inside with no reserved signs. I was told to seat outside. I went outside and there were no seats. There was basically no effort to get us seated.

Don't think it's as good as what the reviews make it to be. Quality of ingredients is standard but nothing above that. They use MSG and sugar unless you ask them to exclude it so please make sure to mention that. Didn't seem very authentic Thai as much as Chinese/Thai fusion. Very friendly and casual atmosphere. A tad overpriced for what it is but not overly so

A little diamond with good priced excellent food. A no frills restaurant that myself and my vegetarian wife enjoyed.

A cozy little place with nice Thai food. A must try if you are fan of Thai cuisine.

Quick service. Enough seating area inside and out. Good Thai food (although nothing can compete with Golden Mile Complex).

My most favourite Thai food place in sg! Little known fact is the chef used to work in a hotel in sg. The shop is jointly run with the owner's wife as a service staff. The team of native Thai husband and Singaporean wife made a killer combo. We chatted a while when there were not many people and we learn about Thai food. Did you know that Thai basil chicken is made of the dark thigh meat? The chicken was delicately minced so as not to sever the tendon and muscles too much, therefore giving it a snappy bite, similar to that of a good quality hot dog.

This is a hidden gem for Thai food. Delicious and affordable. No frills
Heman Chong (19/05/2016 18:38)
One of the few Thai restaurants I eat at. Try the deep fried Thai Basel chicken. It's really amazing. What I like about this place is that it's totally no frills, it's like eating at an airconditioned coffee shop. Very reasonable prices too!
Andrey Mischenko (02/05/2016 02:52)
One of the best Thai places in Singapore, and not only in Singapore. Real Thai kitchen, very good selection of dishes.

GREAT tasting food and reasonable prices. Wish there were more locations!
Would go again and leave with a happy tummy.
