One of the best malls in Singapore. The food options available are diverse and great in quantity. The H&M at Jem is just amazing! The sad part is, Sephora closed down a few months ago but hey, a lot of other shopping options may interest you!

A typical shopping mall. Nothing unique. Food court serves reasonably good food but price on the high side of $7 and above with drinks. A few good restaurants.

Splendid shopping, eating and entertainment options. Great connectivity being integrated with a bus terminal and Jurong East MRT station. The mall is also sleekly designed and you'll find yourself comfortable here.

There are many shopping malls in the west area of Singapore. This is one of the best. Balance type of merchandise for sale here

my favourite shopping center in Singapore. My favourite restaurant would be soup spoon. great for an afternoon snack!

One of the main shopping malls located within Jurong East Town Centre. Lots of eateries to choose from especially restaurants offering different cuisines. This mall is conveniently located as it's linked via a sheltered walkway from Jurong East MRT. One can also get to other malls and the town centre via an overhead pedestrian walkway called J-Walk.
If you are in the vicinity, it's much better than going to Orchard Road

A great shopping complex. There are many clothing stores including H&M among others. It's very clean and organised. There are many eateries in the area as well. Easy to access by bus or mrt. Must visit!

This is a nice mall to shop for food and eat food. It's usually quite crowded because it's near to the Jurong East MRT. There's a cinema as well for the movie lovers.
Also there's a rooftop where people can go have ice cream or just chill. Definitely a nice place to chill on a weekend.

Well balanced shopping mall, not very pretty mall just functional. You likely to get most your shopping needs here. Leave some time for food, good price range from food court on top to variety of restaurants within mall. Grocery is provided by Ntuc extra at basement. Some banks are also within the mall.

Good mall with a large variety of options. Big brand names are present which aid greatly in enhancing the malls offerings. The mall is located amongst 3 other malls with similar yet different options, which also works to make the mall a generally better place.
The environment is basically Clean and climate cool. There are also an abundance of food choices which can satisfy many travellers. Another huge plus is the ease of access, which is great being located next to a mrt station

An excellent place to shop if you are a fan of makeup products, clothes and perfumes. Air conditioned and a very clean and hygienic place to shop.

The Monster Curry at this place is populated with customer service angels. From accepting my cake at noon, till ordering and being served, all the way even up to the payment of the meal, at least 3 staff members stood out with outstanding hospitality, going as far as apologising for not being able to make the time to come out to cut the cake and sing a birthday song for us (the intention is appreciated, regardless of whether it was intended to be a joke from the manager). The whole process could not have been more enjoyable, including service with a smile, provision of additional utensils without question, gently entertaining our queries and serving great food to top it all off. I thank you wholeheartedly for making my celebration of a birthday a great and memorable experience.

Just tried Kolo Mee at top floor food court. A bit on the salty side but great value food! Cathay Theatres are always great here too.
Stuti Mishra (19/11/2017 04:30)
Mall is a one stop shop and dine place for family. Mostly all mid-range brands are available here. Good option to hang out over the weekend to dine, shop and do groceries.
Jason Lee (30/10/2017 07:50)
Pretty quiet at the food court at the top floor. Makes for good time away from the crowd on the first floor. Had the fish steamboat at approximately $7. Fantastically worth it.
Courts and Challenger provide great value for money items such as phone charging cables and car adapters.

One of the big malls located in the heart of Jurong East, Jem has many retail and F&B outlets that are catered to people from all walks of life. It boasts a huge Shaw cinema with Platinum Suites available and many other WOWs one will discover as they walk around Jem. You can't miss this place if you are looking for a place to hang around!
Jude Dr Cruz (07/09/2017 15:10)
Jem is a great mall for everyone especially for those living in the West, it has everything for the residents and they don't really need to go to Orchard Road to shop, eat, watch movies and music plus enjoy themselves! They have everything they need to get and buy in Jem!!!!!!
Cheng Chung Hang (14/08/2017 05:17)
One of the best "neighbourhood mall". Has good interior design and easy to cover the whole place. But it's a rectangular design thus you can get confuse with your directions easily.
Joshua Woon (08/08/2017 07:38)
A great mall with a sky garden, cinema and tons of food stalls. Aesthetically pleasing architecture. Connected to 2 other adjacent malls through sky bridges.
lim michael (29/07/2017 08:50)
A great place to do your shopping. There are three shopping malls side by side. You can shop groceries, clothings to home furnishings. Also the best place to hang out with lots and lots of delicious food
Kingsley Ng (09/07/2017 11:38)
Lots of eateries and nice bustling mall. Right next to 2 other malls so it's great for consumers!
Alex Woo (06/07/2017 09:37)
Most of the brands that you need to find can be found here instead of going into the CBD area. Connected to Jurong East MRT so connectivity is not an issue at all. Lots of eateries mainly at basement area.
andrea sammartino (13/06/2017 06:31)
Is a new and good shopping centre.
Also a lot, as usual in Singapore place where have a fast lunch.
Well connected with MRT and other shopping centre.
Geoffrey Brown (06/06/2017 13:11)
JEM mall is nice "in-between" mall. Has some of the nicer department stores but not too budget breaking. It's easy to walk around and has something for everyone.
Benjamin Lau (26/05/2017 10:39)
Started out with several hiccups (supposedly because the Australian management didn't do the local superstition customs) and right now seems to be a pretty nice mall with some great brands. Layout is very easy to navigate and category of needs seemed to be sorted by floors. Tending the offices crowds during the weekdays it can get pretty crowded during the weekends. If you want to shop in peace, opt to visit during office hours but avoid lunchtime.
Chenhao Zhou (01/05/2017 04:12)
Jem and west gate have many interesting shops, nearby there is a IMM outlet also. I love shipping there.
Ryan Lim (19/04/2017 02:51)
Best shopping mall in Jurong. Everything you need is here. The NTUC is less crowded than Jurong point but parking is a headache during the weekends.
Horace Mak (12/04/2017 14:06)
Good variety of retail stores. Well lighted car park. Covered walkway to MRT station. Food available for all budgets.
tenzin quek (28/03/2017 07:56)
This place probably has the best food court in any shopping centre in terms of quality and taste. The Chinese mixed rice and mala hotpot food stalls are my favourites. Just go to the top floor. Enjoy!
Salisa Niramansakul (25/03/2017 15:36)
Love this mall so much! Conveniently connected to the MRT station. Organize very well. Various shops and restaurants available.
Serx Tetchan (06/03/2017 05:48)
This shopping mall is connected w other shopping malls so it makes it very easy to find all your needs under one roof.
Jian Lin Lee (04/03/2017 13:57)
It has a good selection of shops with good anchor tenants like Uniqlo. There are some good local shops like the Skin Pharmacy and Laksania so if going local is your sort of thing, this is the place to be. Seems to be quite accident prone though...
Kai Shin Aw (01/03/2017 07:05)
Very nice nature themed mall. The pedestrian flow is also very seamless
Nurul Afifah (03/02/2017 13:15)
This mall has a wide variety of shops ranging from cosmetics, fashion, departmental stores as well as food. There's also something to do here and most of my favourite shops are here too.
Wee Choeng Chong (31/01/2017 00:55)
Big mall and with walk way to other shopping malls. Very crowded but able to maintain the personal space between shoppers. Great selection of shops and restaurants, conveniently located beside the MRT and at the centre of next CBD.
Nasri Nasir (29/10/2016 01:22)
A variety of shopping, dining and entertainment outlets. A convinient place for families to visit. There are baby shops, a supermarket (NTUC), bookshops, all that there is needed in one roof. Prices are decent and comparative to other malls.
Location nearby and connection bridge to MRT, West Gate, Big Box, and a hospital linked to IMM.
Joe Yang (07/10/2016 14:16)
Reachable by MRT with many good stores but unable to stand up like a jem due to competition nearby.
Eve Tan (18/09/2016 06:07)
Jem is nice and every now and then the shop keep changing and alot of people go there for their various restaurant and food store, most important the Pokemon go hunting place, to catch snorlax.
Dean Loh (04/09/2016 10:41)
Despite the various bad incidents that hit the mall from day one, none has stopped me from loving to hang out here. My favorites are Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, Ding Tai Fung, Sushi Tei. Oh! And the EAT outlet at basement that sells my favorite laksa noodle!
Edwin Tan Boon How (03/08/2016 00:27)
Decent place for shopping and many FnB options. However this place really seemed to be laden with many mini disasters since it's opening. Weekday evenings parking are at $2.50 per entry for the 3 malls in the vicinity. (Jcube, Jem and Westgate)
Junqin Eric (08/07/2016 08:08)
This area has 4 malls. JEM, Westgate, Bigbox and JCUBE. JEM and Westgate offers similar stuff, mostly retail and restaurants. Probably the best place in the west to do shopping!
Andre Tan (08/07/2016 01:50)
It's like an Orchard Road mall, except in the West side of Singapore. You have H&M, Ding Tai Fung, Uniqlo here.
Loo Yang Kai (13/06/2016 01:48)
As part of the hottest shopping district in Singapore, JEM in jurong east offers a wide variety of international cuisines to satisfy your appetite. In addition, departmental stores such as Robinsons and Marks and Spencer add on to the already extensive shopping areas in the mall. With great food and fabulous shops to fulfil your needs, JEM is a mall that you must visit!
Paul Liu (12/06/2016 06:06)
Between all the malls in Jurong East, JEM is the best mall with the most balanced stores & food stalls mix. My favourite is NTUC Xtra & Cathay Cinema.
Julian Wong (01/06/2016 02:19)
Together with Westgate and Jcube, it form a cluster of mall within walking distant of each other. Add the neighbourhood HDB centre, Jurong East Centre, this shopping area will keep you occupied for a whole day. Throw in the IMM which is a ten minutes walk by the link way, J Walk, you are fully covered and this area can trully compete with Orchard road. Given its popularity among reesidents in the west, its usually crowded, luckily, the mall is spacious and you can still have spend a nice afternoon shopping and dining. PS, parking is a problem but the MRT is less than 20m from the nearest shop.
