Best Thai food i've come across so far.... Price is quite reasonable.... The only downside is that they accept Cash only.... And the place is quite small.... Perhaps a slightly bigger space is nice

Amazing authentic halal Thai food. Frequent it often

Enjoyed the variety of Vegetarian food and very reasonably priced . It's more like a home cooked meal and very simple ambience. Causal dining but quick service . Cutlery, Crockery and place could do with an overhaul .

Price is reasonable, food is nice and staff are friendly. But parking is a bit hard to get a lot. Road side parking

they mixed up my order and i had to pay for it. food tasted alright, but it’s expensive for what they put in front of you. if this is a convenient option because you’re around the corner, sure, go ahead. but this wouldn’t be my go-to place for thai food. i can think of better options.

Really small portions (but taste not bad) and not that wallet friendly... I feel that they are quite stingy with the food overall

Definitely on the expensive side. Food below par

Jai Siam is part of the Jai Thai food chain. Cheap, good and genuine Thai food with mostly Thai staff. Note that they accept cash only and no cards.

Friendly staff in a reasonably priced restaurant
Portions are more than correct and you can choose the level of spiciness, which is highly appreciable for thai food!

Cheng Kai Jun (06/06/2017 05:33)
Overpriced with small portions

Good food, great value. Convenient location.
Anwaar Mohd (14/01/2017 04:53)
Food is generally good or average. However, some portions are small and not worth the price.
They still charge a service fee which is not justifiable as the place is like food court setup and not really a restaurant.

Food is comforting and reasonably priced. The basil chicken is my go-to.
edwin kon chee how (30/08/2016 18:59)
Food is alright . But they are obviously short of man power . Which is quite a norm in Singapore nowadays. Hence certain food is prepared in advanced and they probably just reheat the food before serving. Such as the popular basil chicken with rice .

Just get the Thai green curry, it's authentic and good. The rest is up to you.
Shang Yen See (02/12/2015 05:38)
Cheap affordable and good

Good place for cheap Thai food but you get what you pay for.
Mark Song (18/04/2015 13:59)
Apart from the good food, this is an honest establishment that held onto and returned my bag left behind.
Evan Sidarto (14/10/2012 13:59)
This is a mediocre Thai establishment. Pandan chicken tasted like regular fried chicken, which was OK, but it wasn't pandan chicken. Fish cake was not bad, but had random chilli which overpowered the flavors. Pad Thai is better in a hawker stand. Only good thing was the tapioca dessert. The restaurant was crowded, so I assume people like this place nevertheless.
