A few days a go I bought a pack of this mala bean curd skin from JueWei store in Ang Mo Kio MRT station. Today, decided to have it as a different kind of brunch for #beautifulsunday.
Pour them into a steel container.
Pop it into the airfryer.
Set the time and temperature. Switch on the airfryer.
Very soon. Ready to eat.
Tried one and it is quite mala which sort mean numbing spicy. Decided to try it as a kind of sandwich and I must say the result is quite an interesting vegetarian sandwich. Great for cold rainy days we are having lately.

几天前后，我在宏茂桥地铁站的绝味店买了一包这种麻辣腐皮。 今天美丽星期天，决定把它作为另一类早午餐。
倒入钢制容器中。
把它放进气炸锅。
设定时间和温度。打开气炸锅。
很快就有得吃了。
尝试了一点, 它真是相当麻辣。决定做另一个实验。一种麻辣腐竹三文治。结果还相当满意的素食三文治。最近天气很冷。吃这个也不错。
