We stacked to JB custom on Friday morning. If you got tried after pass the immigration,this is a first place to heel you. It’s cheap and nice western restaurant where is located in 4th floor.

Not really all that much action happens here. Shops don't open when they are supposed to (Starbucks), and not many trains either. Mainly the Singpore trains, and it is quicker by bus.

Everything was smooth here from immigration to embarking on public transport. Staffs were helpful to guode you. Suggestion; more signboards for Tebrau Express.

The place is organize and clean since this is the interchange going to Singapore. A bit confusing at first bit therea no harm to ask question.

It is a bit confusing at first, but with asking around, people get you on the right track.
To go from Johor Bahru into Singapore, buy ticket for bus (950, 170 and maybe others). You can buy the ticket on the bus, but NO change is given as driver does not carry money.
Get ticket from JB Sentral to Woodlands (=Singapore). This ticket will get you from JB Sentral across the bridge to the border station in Singapore. After the Immigration procedure, you get back on the same bus line without paying again.
Same system going back from Singapore to JB Sentral. Again, no change, have enough coins, it was S$ 1.60 per person one way.
Immigration procedure into Singapore can be time consuming. It took us 50 minutes because of the large number of people.
Bus 950 will get you to the MRT line (red) that will go into town, for Harbor front, transfer in Newton to the blue line what will stop at the Singapore Flyer for instance.
Good little eateries and bake shops in the terminals.
Rest rooms are not so clean in Johor, much better in the Singapore terminal.

The main connecting hub to Singapore, it's a kind old building, has some shops, restaurants, a mamak, big waiting area, but not very clear indications for transportation and connection in JB.

Confusing or missing signage. How hard is it to indicate "Woodlands/Singapore" instead of just "Woodlands"? And Senai Airport bus platform signage and ticketing information, including schedule, needs major improvement.

Important: Shuttle JB-Singapore ticket is now only available to purchase over the counter. No more online tickets.
The trains towards JB Sentral from other city of Malaysia are usually delayed, always miss the connection shuttle train to Woodlands.
Since they know the trains would be delay, they should arrange a later connecting train or other solutions.
They should increase the frequency since there is so much demand.
Tickets for the train shuttle JB Sentral -Woodlands always sold out!
Public bus to Singapore is a nightmare. The lines are forever! It's super hot and no proper sitting area.

It's very dangerous. Jst walk normally. You already get the ticket for your train, the train wont leave without you. And! it''s just a freakin 5 mins ride. It's ok if you dont have any seat! Just stand for 5 mins OMG
Someone need to look into this.
It's very dangerous because there are old people and people in needs in the crowd. Perhaps set a priority lanes for seniors and in wheelchair.
