First time visited the shop on a Saturday night, the whole place is packed with customers sitting inside and outside the shop. There's a long queue buying food, and the waiting time is about 15 minute to be served. The cone and 2 scoops is 5.80. The cone is crispy and the banana and lime sorbet are quite tasty and not too sweet. The customer service is quite good as they offered a scoop of bulut hitam favor ice cream after the 2 scoops fell to the floor. ππ½ worth to visit again.

Burnt caramel flavour is the must try. Always a friendly service from an Indian manager!

One of the first local ice creameries to be set up here in Singapore. Featuring made from scratch and in house churned local flavours such as durian, gula meleka, Pulut Hitam, Chendol, etc.
Ice cream texture might be a little rough but flavours are natural and on point.
Interior of the place is also plastered with photos of the celebrities who have visited.

Great ice cream, with plenty of amazing local flavours. Loved seeing my Australian wife's reaction when she tried the cendol, pulut hitam, and durian flavours for the first time!!

Great tasting ice cream in a friendly atmosphere. The ice cream cakes are good value and I would prefer them over standard cakes from elsewhere. Flavors are somewhat limited.

The pies are attractive, some flavors of ice-cream is not as nice as the others.

Love the variety of ice cream that has localised taste. We had Horlick, Nutella and Pulut Hitam. The Mao Shan Wang is a must try too.

Went after an enjoyable dinner at Adam Rd market, hoping to complete the day with a sweet tooth. Service is terrible, waitress just look impatient when my daughters were choosing the flavour. Tried to disperse the rigid atmosphere with a smile but she just looks more impatient if she hadn't already... It's a huge contrast to my previous experience here which is sad since their flavours are unique... A pity.

Great local-inspired ice-cream flavours, with a casual atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxed meet-up with a friend. They also serve a delightful mudpie that is a must-try! And if you really love their ice-cream, takeaway pint tubs are provided with free dry ice on request.

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly waiters who offered no help at all. We asked for recommendation for ice cream, and she gave us an angry look. After we bought the ice cream, we asked for metal spoons to eat the ice cream as the plastic ones kept breaking. However, the waitor just ignored us, saying the ice cream we bought is take away, so we should not eat at the place????
No respect for customers!

Visited Island Creamy at Joo Chiat branch yesterday in the evening. Heard of many good reviews that the ice-cream is very nice. So I went to give it a try today. The store had no patrons only the staff, a pinoy woman who was playing with her phone without knowing that I was in the store. So I just nicely said hi! She appeared to be annoyed. And gave me that glare then walked over to the ice-cream counter from the cashier. I felt that I wasn't welcome to the store. So I asked what is the popular flavor? And she rudely" All in the front." Straight away asked me you want tub or
cup? Obviously I was in front the ice-cream counter..I am like what a day! Don't think the ice-cream is nice! She is really rude! The bad customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. True enough after 5mins, 2 Ladies went into the store to purchase ice-cream and after a while they started to talk to her and came out complaining. Looks like your staff spoiled many people's day on what is supposed to be a happy ice cream day!

I personally super love their icecream! Do try the mao shan wang especially if you're a fan of durians! The other normal flavours are less awesome (only because I love durians), but still great! The oreo flavour is good, and the scoopers are very helpful and willing to offer suggestions if you ask!
