Amazing stay at IBIS NOVENA. Very subtle yet unique in it's own way. Breakfast is complementary and the Room Rates keep fluctuating according to the Demand. Ideally Located near Zhongshan Mall and Bus Services are on 24×7

Excellent hotel with good facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel contains a varieties of food for its guest. Two Indian restaurants are there nearby which serves south and north indian food.

The burger at Oopen was very good. So was the fish and chips. The pasta and pizza was average. Staff were friendly. The lobby of the hotel was small though and doesn't quite accommodate large crowds.

Ibis hotel is good. It is nice , neat and clean. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Service is excellant. Although rooms are not very spacious but are well maintained. Rooms have safe box and refrigerator. Taxis and public buses are available right outside hotel. The metro station is little far but hotel runs a free bus to metro station several times a day . For free service ...place a request with front desk in advance. There is a mall just outside at opposite corner where you can almost buy everything for daily use needs. Also just outside hotel there are free bicycle stand .. just take a bike to ride and keep back at same stand or many of such stands in Singapore after ride .

The rooms are so close together that we cannot even talk with the other person hearing it.
You can't have a decent conversation with someone eavesdropping.
Small rooms, but definitely you cannot have your privacy.
Housekeeping could be much better.

It's a good range (there are three Ibis) of budget/business hotels. Quite central and near Novena Square, MRT and several hospitals. There's a shuttle bus provided by the Hotel to Novena Square and taxis are easy to get too. There's no swimming pool though but there's a gym available. The staff are courteous, helpful and accommodating.

It's good place to stay. Hearty breakfast includes Indian food also. Most of the Indians will be lodged here, so you will feel closer to home.

The location is quite nice. The hotel has a complimentary pick and drop service from the closest metro also bus stops are walking distance. The staffs were really well behaved and helpful. The pricing was moderate and they show everyday price at the front.

The staff was wonderful. Young and energetic, helpful and solution-oriented. From upgrading my room at check-in, to giving directions, showing their knowledge about shopping and dining options, to even calling me an Uber! My room was clean & tidy, with crisp bedding and an engaging pillow assortment. The bathroom had more than enough towels for a single guest, and basic toiletries. I will definitely choose IBIS again.

In India people who are strictly vegetarian are very particular about food habits. They do not eat anything which contains Meat, Chicken, Egg or any oil which contains animal fat. I have seen many guests during breakfast struggling to find such food at counters. I suggest your chefs to be more sensitive towards this issue.
Secondly, the air-conditioners in our rooms were not working properly. We were required to change room for the same reason and lost my Memory Card during the shifting.
Service is overall good and the staff is supportive.

Hotel has small rooms, clean rooms, convenient location. This is the first time I stay here. The restaurant on ground floor. To access to the lifts, we need to tap room cards. The room little bit small and comfortable. Near the hotel, A commercial shopping mall available. To dial room to room we need to put number 80 in front of the room number. Reception desk room number is 8989. Breakfast start serving from 6:00 AM.

Experience at Ibis Novena was great. Check on was smooth. Breakfast was amazing, delicious and scrumptious. Shuttle service to Novena MRT Station and back was very helpful. The best part was the Handy phone. Since we opted for Standard Room with extra benefits, Handy phone served very helpful for calling back to India and Internet served well for all needs to surf the Internet and maps/directions. Overall a really pleasant experience!

Friendly, very efficient and experienced staff at the check-in desk. Reported a problem with the bathroom door and it was attended to within minutes. The job was professionally completed. Hamdy and Daniel at the check-in desk was very efficient and helpful. The service from Steve in the dining room was very good. All the staff was very friendly, respectful and caring with a smile.

The stay was not comfortable at all. On reaching the hotel, there's barely even a proper lobby or a cloak room to keep luggage safely. The rooms are really cramped and so are the bathrooms. Sheets and towels were not at all washed properly as my sister got rashes on her face due to them. The air conditioning in the room would switch off and not come on even though it was set to 22 degrees. The reception desk barely ever picks up the phone when called. The breakfast is the only thing acceptable.
Please have a look at the 3 star hotels in Dubai and use them as a standard.
I Will not be saying at this or any Ibis hotels again and I will not let any of my known people stay there either.

My wife and I were happy to be staying in Ibis Novena. The staff was very cooperative.
Wife being a strict vegetarian, she had some limitations about food. otherwise, we are happy.

Good place for stay. Decent continental breakfast. However, since many Indians stay here, a bit more of Indian touch to breakfast would take them places.
Rooms are neat clean but small (Singapore standards are smaller, I think) however they are well planned and are good for 2. Very good place to stay if you have packaged tours. For independent travelers, MRT is a bit far, so either taxi or walking is option.

Had a good stay at this hotel. They also have free shuttle bus going to and from Velocity Mall (Novena MRT station).
The beds are comfortable. The curtains does block out the sun so that you can wake up a bit later.
Breakfast buffet is sufficient but not big varieties of food. For a few nights stay, this is just about right.

We were there for our short holidays with friends group. We fly from Bangkok to Singapore and when we checked in hotel IBIS Singapore Novena than fell much comfortable as home. warm welcome, clean room, comfortable bed. It was very good.

Great location, nice breakfast, pleasant staff, comfy rooms though small. Restaurant should remain open till 11pm ideally. Bit expensive too considering room, lobby n restaurant size.

All the room amenities were great. The room is well-maintained, and clean. The staff were all courteous, friendly and attentive to my needs. All in all, service was great. Breakfast buffet is also of good quality. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to a bus stop, and MRT station is just a 10-15 min. walk away.

Loved the understanding for a very late check in and a late check out. Would appreciate some wall hooks in room to hang our stuffs and definitely a more pleasant laundry room for long stayers like me. Room & shower are very compact - not comfortable if you're a large person. A reading light will be useful too. A notice along common corridors reminding guests to keep voices down will be good for undisturbed sleep.

being attended friendly by the front staffs and room attendants. Room was clean, neat and tidy. Being served some fresh and tropical fruits in the room which reminded me of my childhood memories. Will definitely check into the same hotel again when I am in Singapore next time.

Stay in Hotel Ibis feel quick nice , especially the HANDY PHONE with free internet and unlimited phone call.
Walking distance to MRT/ Bus Station, easier to get taxi.
But just the mobile phone a little bit lag, sometimes will felt annoying about this. Don't have men shaver were ready in hotel .
Overall is a best considerable Hotel when having travel at SINGAPORE.

I have been staying at IBIS Novena many times and most time they always up grade me and offered a free breakfast and late check out which I also got in my last stay. This is really a very nice and kind offer from IBIS Novena. The gentleman who take care of me in the reception is also very kind and friendly. IBIS Novena definetely the best IBIS Hotel compare to many other IBIS Hotel that I have ever stayed. The minus point of during my last stay is the shower water pressure is too low

The hotel is excellent. The staff is very cooperative and friendly and always eager to help. The policy for mineral water is not up to the mark. Other than mineral water issue, the stay was one of the best memories.
The location is little uncomfortable for Indian families with kids from food perspective but you can get Indian food in hotel itself at least @ lunch time and that is always good.
Overall it's nice place if you are without kids.

Good rooms but very very small in size, hardly any space to move. No wardrobe, no water jet sprey in toilet and small shower area. Good service including room service. The very good thing is they provide an Android phone (handy) free incoming and free outgoing unlimited to local and India China Maleshia Indonesia as well as unlimited 3G data during entire stay.

ive stayed a few times in this hotel because its the nearest hotel i could find which is closest to mt elizabeth novena. its a straight forward budget hotel with a very useful handy in the room so you can call anywhere for free which i find is a plus point.
on my last stay i have had some issues with the housekeeping which didnt clean my room like theyre supposed to for 5 straight days (i stayed for 5 nights), but its all good thanks to aziz who took care of it. But i have to say..theres one worker in the reception who really have an attitude. better be careful shini, since youre the one in the front desk. and also...i have it all on tape..

A so so Hotel which around 15 minutes away from Novena Station. The door for the bathtub cannot be closed completely and was lid opened which caused the toilet floor soaked with water after bathing. The air cond was even out of order at the last night before my leaving. But It is easy to find the good restaurants, food market and supermarket around the hotel.

I was particularly impressed by how the room was designed. Floor space is at a premium in Ibis Singapore Novena Hotel, just as real estate is in Singapore. Try opening your luggage and you will find that you may need to be careful not trip over it. And the space is right enough for 1 person to walk around comfortably. With kids running around, that could be a little cramped. For business travelers though, the complimentary Wi-Fi provided along with your room will be a boon. You could communicate with your colleagues from your original site for additional information or updates on progress comfortably within the writing desk made available for this purpose.

Great value, big clean and tidy rooms for the price. About 7 minutes walk to MRT but there's a shuttle service. Not the closest to tourist attractions. Free use of mobile phone with mobile data.

Ibis Novena is one of those Hotels which is having a good convenient location in the City of Singapore with everything nearby & the service is quite upto the mark.More importantly,the Hotel Staff is very Friendly,helpful & co-operative....
I loved the Hotel & would recommend it to anyone looking up for a decent 3 Star Hotel in Novena Square....

I prefer a clean, quiet hotel with comfortably Wi-Fi in rooms.
This hotel is the type I like.
The room was a good standard, and comfortable, Wi-Fi, TV, etc.,
Also convenient facilities, good restaurant, good food, good service, and the staff were very friendly.
Near to the Orchard road shopping mall, convenient for transportation of MRT,
And this hotel is good.
We stayed for 2 nights 3 days.
I give high marks to this hotel.
Someday I will come back here.
Thanks to the kindness of the staff.

The location is good, near by orchard and mustafa shopping center. The room is nice and comfortable. However, please improve on your breakfast time, especially for the table preparation, i saw so many waitress but no one doing table preparation. The guest most of all have to find spoon and fork by him self. And no service at all from all the waitress, except they only activity is clean up the desk after we finish with our breakfast. Thank you. Hopefully ibis novena success as always, and we will be back for next trip business or holiday time.
