Good for tourist. Locals mainly come here for Chinese medicine and money changer. Still a nice place to watch the crowd.

You will definitely find lots of South East Asian Chinese congregate here. Is it a tourist attraction for a cooler place after a nice walk in the open bazaar

Compared to other Singaporean malls, it's quite... Run down... Most of the shops I see here are travel centres, money exchange, some jewelry shops, beauty salons, and sex shop. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see a food court inside the mall. It's more to be outside the mall, and it's what you expect it to be. Steamed buns are plenty, aside from other Chinese food. If your tastes doesn't suit, there's a McDonald's somewhere around.

Even though it's extremely boring here, and where all the older folks go, I think it's unfair for me to give it a bad rating. I feel nostalgic every time I come here, which is mainly to visit my aunt at her shop. The food court downstairs has a stall with a bunch of fried goodies, including my favorite, fried banana.
Don't come here unless you need to (you won't), or unless you want tasty fried stuff!
