Hotel itself is good but still got room for improvement. Sound proof not good. Can hear sound from outside very clear. This kinda disturbed our rest at night. The best of all no fridge or we call mini bar.
This cause not so convinent when we want to keep some cold fruits or snacks.
Hope they will improve in this area.

Nearby have many other choice, stay elsewhere.
Bedhseet and pillow case quite worn out. Used to stay here often while i have business trip here but quality is not as gd as before, room full of mosquitoes, bedsheet have alots of stains (i dont wan to imagine what it is) request for room change but still same with stains here and there. I wont risk it again, go for other choice nearby.

Comfortable, clean room, and lots of restaurant around the hotel. The only problem is no water dispenser provided outside of the room but there is water heater and some mineral bottles in the room.

The staffs is very friendly, service was excellent, Wi-Fi speed was terrific, room condition was good too. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfy bed but not soundproof. But hey it a budget hotel. Convenient location.

Consider this if you are on a budget
Pros
1) cheap SGD$35 for a night
2) besides the hotel is an air conditioned mixed rice food restaurant -cheap
3) nearby lots of stalls
4) near to night market (open on sun)
5) good air con (mitsubishi electric)
6) budget rain shower with really hot water
Cons
1) though the hotel was awarded high points in 2015 and 2016, they could no longer maintain it. I have booked 2 rooms where i found either one of the rooms having (used condom cover), (numerous dead mosquitoes killed by its evidence of bodies sticking unto the walls), (stains dripplets on some parts of wall), MOST IMPORTANTLY, towers and bedsheets are no longer white, fragrant and rough when touched (washed using cheap chemicals). There are also mosquitoes flying in the room as their process to clean by chambermaids is to open the windows to air the rooms, inevidently allowing flys to come in.
2) tv is panasonic but dont have media player
3) hotel room floor and bath room floor feels cheapo
4) one room has smoked smell
5) floors felt greasy and not smooth when walk barefooted
Conclusion: if you dont mind alittle stained bedsheets, rougher towels, spotted stained walls, then stay here.
Cleaniness: 6.5
Staff friendliness: 7.5 (receptionist and chambermaids from nepal)
Comfy feeling: 6
Location: 7.5
Cool factor look: 7.5 (it looks amazing if you see the hotel from outside with its lighting on)
Size of room: 8 (its relatively bigger)
Decoration inside room: 6 (feels cheapo)
My recommendation to the management:
1) review your cleaning room process. (Especially on "flys")
2) change new bedsheets, towels or wash them with other detegents- softerner etc
3) mop your floors (use other kind of cleaning solutions that makes ur floor feel smooth and comfy
4) consider to remove transit hours unless your operation team is able to clean them up.
* i have changed one of the rooms by informing a receptionist. Also to thank him as he is concerned about the issue and changed room for me (though the changed room has another set of similiarity like mosquitoes and yellow bedsheets, smoke smell).

Affordable price for a decent stay. I stayed at the family suite for 4 pax which costs RM 170 a night, excluding breakfast.

Although this is a budget hotel, they do provide basic facilities like toothbrush, complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water. The room is spacious with flat screen TV and very strong WIFI. The only issue is the shower which should have a curtain to block the water from spilling all over the toilet

Overall, the hotel is nice and clean. Same goes for the rooms. While the rooms are not very spacious, it's still very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly as well. There are lots of parking spaces here.

Parking is easy n free. Bedroom is spacious n clean. Friendly Customer Service. They provide 2 pillows for each person. AEON Mall is a 5 minutes walk. Senibong seafood is 5 minutes drive.

Room is cosy for a boutique hotel. Would have loved it if they had room service but there's a restaurant next to it and Aeon and mcdonalds is about 10mins walk. Staff speaks good English and great choice if youre coming for work and will be out the whole day. Theres also assam pedas restaurant nearby/pharmacy. U can easily drive to Senibong from Here.
