Simple no frills hotel located strategically in Sutera area. Mall, massage shops, pubs, restaurants etc are located within working distance.

Location is convenient, near to Sutera Mall and Paradigm Mall. Close to alot of eateries and cafes. Room itself is quite spacious but the carpet is abit dusty.

The hotel was actually really good, could do with a decor update but I was very happy to stay there. Only pitty is they had builders in doing renovation which was very loud, so no lie ins!

Value for money. The stay is great with the money paid and the facilities is great. The room is quite big for this price. I love the stay i do will come for another stay if come to JB

90/100 Cleanliness - Room and Lobby
85/100 Comfort - Bed, Toilet. All are good
+ Walking distance to more than 30+ restaurant, bar, pub, karaoke.
Recommended.
