Good base if you want to explore Chinatown. Close enough to various public transport to get you around town.

Nice place. Clean and fresh air when we walk around the hotel. Near china town and MRT station.
Receptionist and all crew are friendly.

Decent rooms, helpful staff. No pool and quite a distance from MRT stations

not so accessible from any mrt. the hotel is mid grade and it is behind a small park. the car park is pretty run down.

Food was good. Nice spread. Room was clean and comfy. The hotel theme was retro and cool. Refreshing type of hotel kinda vibe.

There is a discriminate against the Seamen. All guests in the restaurant are asking if they are seaman and if they confirm then they can choose only from one different menu with very poor choice of dishes which normal people will never eat. The hotel is renew and in good condition but they need to change their policy for the seamen.

Nice place to stay. Very near to the China Town just a walking distance. Clean room and comfy bed.

The ballroom was well-furnished and clean. Although the hotel is a little out of the way, it was easy enough to get to the closest MRT thanks to a shuttle bus service.

The hotel was big and nice. Clean room. Only its quite far from shopping malls.

Jacuzzi wasn't working, TV remote was problematic (perhaps old battery). Also, TV channels were't clear. Everything else was good, but I was expecting better for the price I was paying.

front desk service was very friendly and efficient in helping me to check in quickly. However, for next day breakfast, staff was not very professional, did not restock the utensils, many tables were dirty as they did not clean it despite clearing the plates. The stay was very pleasant and would definitely go back again.

The rooms are cozy and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is nothing special but the correct choice when staying in Singapore for a couple of nights to explore the city. Bus, mrt is near but you have to go up a pretty steep hill.

Hotel is good / average. This hotel is also called as pink hotel by the users. Because all the theme for painting is like pink.

Owners were the nicest of people. Despite its external looks, the insides were pretty awesome with a touch of retro. Staff there were super helpful and friendly. The restaurant there was awesome too. Overall nice stay at the place.

My last staycation is going to be my last. First visit is sucha good experience. And theres when i booked my 2nd staycation and my last staycation recently is my 3rd trip. Its seems like a yearly and a must to go to repeat my stay. First visit is always the best for me. The second visit its started to be not so good. The last visit that is the 3rd time bad experience for me. And i have put a stop to myself not to come bck again. I wonder where is the customer service goes to. From good to bad. Very disappointing experience. The frontoffice didnt know the room layout that well. How to value the guest. No history for the repeat guest. I do not feel welcome at all compare to my first visit last few years bck. The hotel staff need to buck up and know their hotel well. And make the guest feel welcome. Not sure if it is lack of manpower however, that is not an excuse for not serving the guest well. The management need to do something or think of the way on how to improve the staff. Im not penalize the staff. As a staff working in hotel line they should have the knowledge of the room layout. Try their best to accomadate their guest and go extra mile. The price im paying is not worthy at all. And the security deposit is too much eventhough i didnt put any of it for a reason. Customer service should be improve. Overall experience total disaster.

A cosy hotel situated on top of a hill, where I held my wedding at. Kinda rundown on the outside and the service. Food is great however, worth a stay.

The hotel's theme is rather unique, retro and loud colours. The lobby seems rather decent, to the empty side.
The room is decent, with basic amenities. Wifi is slightly unstable if you are planning to watch movies online in the room.
The bedsheets had velcro along the edges (to facilitate the changing of bedsheets), which actually gave us very bad scratches on our arms and legs.
The shower sprinkler is faulty, water leaks out from the sides. Water Heater must be switched on 15-30 mins in advance before using.
The hotel management can better publicise and inform its guests about the shuttle bus services and timings as the hotel is located in a rather inconvenient location.

Firstly we booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel but when we arrived nobody was there to pick us up. We were looking for the driver for 30min but we gave up as there was nobody there with my name on a board. We arrived to the hotel and we still had to pay 50 dollars (before the transfer was 70 so we probably didn't pay the comission to the hotel). Anyways, Irene, the receptionist made our stay very pleasurable! She was polite, very funny and professional! The whole hotel is very beautiful and we even received an upgrade for free. The room was very clean, the bathroom so beautiful, and the bed very, very, comfortable! I do not recommend to have breakfast in the hotel, food not that tasty.

Quite a special hotel, it's at the hill area and the building is bright pink! Even lobby is white and pink, probably a girl's favourite hotel. A love hotel maybe?
Pretty much like the style in the room, there is also a Nespresso coffee maker with 2 free capsules. They even have a bathtub. Not many hotel have it. They had a speaker on top of the TV but it's only for iPhone 4 port. The window view is mostly forest with a highway in a distance. So privacy is pretty high!
The staffs are friendly too! Love the service.

Nice design, cool set up in the room and restaurant. But the mattress has sunk in which cause discomfort.
Korn Wannasimakorn (02/09/2016 12:57)
Receptionists are very service-minded, the room is very colorful but the mattress is very old which made me severe backache in the morning.
Also old Bang & Olufsen speaker which unable to use anymore. Why don't you change the new B&o speaker that customer can use it???
Thanks
SP.

Short Staycation with Family & Friends
It was my 1st time staying at Hotel Re! @ Pearl's Hill with my family and friends on 11 March 2016 (Fri). We received 2 voucher from our work place contractor's Seraya Energy. Its 2 Days 1 Night Stay Deluxe $188 Nett. I just have to pay $376.
Actually, our booking is on 24 March 2016 to 25 March 2016 but we changed the date to 11 March 2016 to 12 March 2016. We liased and sent email conversation. All the email conversation was being replied by Ms Fawlyana Fauzi who is very patience and knowledgeable and replied to our aueries on the email. And assist us to make the changes on our booking. The email was being replied by Ms Andrea Soh, when we askef whether there will be charges for the shuttle service(Under complimentary inclusion) as it was our 1st time staying at the hotel. We would like to knw how it works? . She really explained very well and gives us the contact number and name of uncle lim.
On 11 March 2016 (Fri) the day we checked in, we were served by Mr Mohd Farouk (Apologised if we get the name wrong). While he was serving us, my mom and me was talking to each other. At first, we dont knw whether Mr Mohd Farouk is Malay. My mom asked, he replied in Malay. My mom was asking him whether the food here is Halal? He replied that its nt halal. (Contain No pork and No lard). My mom asked where did he go and buy his food during lunch or break?.He said he go out and eat outside find Malay food. We give the breakfast coupon to our Chinese friends.Luckily, we bring our Chinese friends if nt who is going to eat breakfast?.
I would like to bring to the attention of the Management Team of Hotel Re!, I would like the hotel to apply for Halal Certified from Muis for the food served there during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to be halal and it can be consumed by Muslim community and other races community too.
The hotel staff have Muslim's Malay staff, where are they going to eat during, their lunch, break time?. They have to go out and find the Malay or Indian Muslim's stall to buy fd. This will waste alot of precious time. Although, it contained No pork and No lard but we dont knw how is it being served( it must be according to the Muis). When the hotel received guest frm Malaysia, Brunei Darussslam and Arabic countries and they wants to have their breakfast but they cant because they will check with the staff where is the halal certified frm Muis?
Overall, we enjoyed the service and all the hotel staff and the cleaner was very friendly and helpful. We hoped to be back for the staycation in the hotel in the future. We loved the aroma smells whenever we are at the lobby and when we comes out frm the lift to go to our hotel rm. We really loves the soothing aromatic smells.
Really hoping that the food served there is halal certified like all the well known hotel in Singapors like The Grand Hyatt Singapore the food served there is halal certified.
Looking forward to the reply. Thank you.
Yours Sincerely,
Normala, family & friends

Not sure if I'll call it a boutique hotel. It's clean, and functional as a hotel. Not in a convenient location, but close enough to the city center.
