Hotel is located perfectly for people who want to enjoy Sentosa Island, however staff needs to be aware of location of various activities & attractions. We wasted time because of being misdirected by staff. Additionally I was leaving early morning and requested for packed breakfast but hotel staff forgot to get it packed for my family.

Booked 2 nights at Hotel Michael — staff were efficient and check-in was smooth... we were told that the check-out time was 1pm by the front desk and on check-out day we overslept and called in to ask if we could get a couple more minutes to pack up and was rudely replied with “check out is at noon”. The staff offered to extend it to 1:30pm but at 1pm the housekeeping staff barged into the room without knocking while I was in the midst of getting dressed — something I find extremely shocking and unprofessional — thankfully, the door was bolted at the time. For a hotel under RWS this is not a standard I find acceptable

Spacious and clean. Was assigned the handicap friendly room, which is similar to normal room except that the toilet cannot be locked and the amenities are more handicapped friendly. Not an issue for family stay. Would be good if there is some power socket at the bedside.

Overall okay. This is a very basic family hotel for the price range it is in. What's great about it is it's location (proximity to shops and attractions) and clean, spacious, quiet rooms.
Much of everything else is rather average. When we were there, all service staff provided acceptable levels of service but weren't friendly. Check-in process was pretty cold, staff didn't really appear welcoming like they do in other 5/6 star hotels. They don't greet guests when they pass you in the corridors or lifts, or offer anything extra. Room amenities were basic as well, with no mini-bar. Fridge was empty and not sufficiently cold so we threw out the milk we stored in there.

Comfortable lobby. There is a Italian Restaurant Fratelli having some wonderful classic pizza and pasta. Great place for family and social.

Me and my wife had a very pleasant experience when we stayed at this hotel. I would not shy away to visit them again.

Good family property located in ideal location at Resort World. The hotel is located very close to Universal studios and Sentosa Waterfront station. Highly recommended for families who want enjoy all attractions in Sentosa..... Stayed with family for 3 nights this gave us ample time to cover all the attractions quite relaxed......

Terrible hotel, avoid at all costs. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Management is terrible and doesn't even care.

Pleasant ambience at 10th floor which was recently renovated. Also surprised with interior to give luxurious feeling of above deluxe room. Good overnight stay.

Location wise is good although we stay just beside the track no tram sound was heard. However the service is bad, request for utensil we have to wait for 45min and call the front counter twice before someone brings up the utensil.
Secondly, the second call that i place took at least 5 min before someone pick it up. For the amount paid you would expect a better service.

The basic rooms don't look as stunning as I thought as I had perception the interior was meant to look artistic. It is close to Universal theme park and shops. Service is not too bad. They provided a bottle of fine wine when we mentioned the trip is for our wedding anniversary.

Concierge service was a bit slow. Although, I did not stay at the hotel, I did get to see what the rooms looked like. They were reasonably sized with twin beds. The ballroom was very nice!

Great location. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke but they reassigned us to a remodeled room which was way nicer. Pool is just ok. Ask for remodeled room!

Hotel Michael is easy to find, it's near the place where you first alight the monorail. The rooms are nice and cozy, room services are prompt and the hotel staffs are polite. The only reason for 1 star less is the conditions of some stuffs in the room, tear at the sofa or loose floor tile.

Excellent service, staff were efficient and service was prompt. Rooms were clean and odour free. Great location with lots of food to choose from.

Tv not working on the first day checked in. Bedsheet is dirty, had to get it replaced. Some towels have a some kind of smell. Shower area gets flooded everytime you take a shower. Swimming pool is small, comparing with other hotels in Sentosa. Other that these, the hotel is ok.

We booked the room with Genting points and is co.fortable, artistic but because is a free room, sometimes the customer service just gave way.
Overall, is big, comfortable and worthit even if we pay the price. Hotel parking is free too.

Of course. U have $$ to have there. The room is tidy and clean. It is adjacent to the Universal Studio Singapore. You should try.

Not a bad hotel, stayed there for a week. The price was okay if you manage to grab a special rate. deal just in time, after that prices climb top crazy heights. The rooms were neat and the furniture were all designed by Micheal Graves hence the name. The pool was small even though its advertised as it being massive, the Wi-Fi was really expensive (only one device though) but was fast. Plenty of TV channels (but some in Mandarin) It's location is in the middle of Resorts World Sentosa, possibly the best location in the world for a hotel (for kids) but thats the problem, its very noisy next to Universal Studios and of course you would expect that but you can deal with it because the windows are sound proofed. By the way food is crazy expensive, expect to pay $100+ for a meal for a family.
