Stayed in the Hello Kitty themed room to celebrate my daughter birthday. Room was clean and very presentable. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Can find a wide variety of food around the hotel area and the Sanrio Theme Park is just 300m away from the hotel. It is a great indoor theme park for the kids during the hot weather.

Great hotel. Spacious room. Good service. The surrounding area is still under construction. But that's does not affect the hotel.

Stayed in a Hello Kitty Themed Room - kids will love it. Room comes with a sofa which can actually accommodate 3 pax. Bonus points - the bath tub was clean and the water was hot and plentiful! Comforter was soft and cuddly which makes for a good night's sleep :)

This is a revised review from a year ago.
Nice place for relaxation and easy to get there from Singapore. Theme Park is 5 minutes away and Legoland is about 3km from the hotel. Since 2 years ago, I stayed in this hotel twice yearly for relaxation and felt very good every time. The room is clean, spacious and well equipped with branded beverages, and the bed is very comfortable. Food is excellent at the restaurant too. Nice swimming pool with great views at roof top and a well equipped and well maintained gym next to it. Massaging is also available through appointment only.
I stayed there again a week ago (April 2018) and this time round I'm very impressed with the vast improvement in their staff courtesy. I would highly recommend this hotel to you for spending a good time with your family together.
Other areas that attracted me are the amenities. Lots of eateries besides the hotel restaurant. Although it's not a place for a shopping spree but it's enough to entertain you. Yes, buying your medical supplies should not be missed. CARING pharmacy which is 2 shops away has a team of excellent staff to serve you. Mr Lee, the pharmacist and store manager is a very knowledgeable and helpful person for you to ask. Nice hotel and excellent place to visit for a family get together.

We love to stay at Jen Hotel Puteri Harbour. This is our second time. The hotel had a good deal this time, high tea and cocktails from 5pm to 7pm. No limit on food and alcohol. Just top up the breakfast charge. I enjoyed it. Unfortunately the next day when I went for breakfast I was turned away. But was sorted out. Besides that blemish it was a pleasant stay.

Very good check in service. Fast and efficient. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was facing harbour and it was beautiful. Hotel feels very new and modern. It's near to Legoland and Hello Kitty Town so very convenient. Car park feels safe for Singapore cars.

Big hotel with nice cozy room but with room view facing some buildings and need to pay extra rm250 for hello kitty room. Breakfast buffet is good with variety of choices.
Ground floor plaza has restaurants, cafes and where Hello Kitty Town is at. Lower ground floor has restaurants with nice harbor view.

1. Function room small n video projector blocked the upper screen, if you are sitting at back.
And! Waiters (they also enjoying our shows) may blocked your viewing at the stage in the middle (Right After VIP Table) if you are sitting at back.
2. scene of rooms very good (harbour view).

Getting to the hotel via car can be a little challenging if solely depends on directions of Google Map. The surrounding establishments are undergoing construction and there are lots of blocked roads. Room wise, we have nothing to complain. Comfortable bed, spacious room with lots of complimentary toiletries! There a pull out bed right under the sofa for extra sleeping space! There's also a drawer storing an extra blanket and extra pillow. Automated day and night curtains with just a button. Nice swimming pool too and a excellent view!

Nice view at skybar with harbour view. Good services from staffs. Good view in bedroom plus with view harbour. Nice dishes for breakfast & dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this hotel, which is very near the causeway. I booked a premier room and got one with a queen and a super single bed in the room - very comfortable for us! We were recommended to upgrade to their club lounge access and I must say it was really value for money. The service of the staff at every area is excellent. The view at rooftop is great. My husband and daughter enjoyed several games of table tennis too. I would be most happy to stay here again in the future π

Modern and minimalist design hotel located at Puteri Harbour. Has a nice view of the marina from the restaurants and the swimming pool. Deluxe room is large enough for two people to stay comfortably. Surrounding area is still under development so quite a bit of road closures. Convenient for people who plan on visiting Legoland without staying at the Legoland Hotel.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Place is huge. Service is excellent. Breakfast is a really good one. Very near to Hello Kitty Land which is good for families. Safe and peaceful because it is away from city.

In the near future say maybe 3 to 5 years the whole of Puteri Harbour of course including Hotel Jen will be bustling with activities such as tourists, investors, business and much much more.

Good Hotel and excellent breakfast (good spread)., A little far from shopping and city center. Other than that it is great. Clean and spacious comfortable rooms, courteous staff.

Highly recommended for young families with children. Each room comes with a sofa bed and a stow away bed. Allowing my family with 2 young children to have a comfortable stay. The food in Habour cafe has a wide spread. With nearby eateries, sufficient to feed the family. With nearby Hello Kitty land and Thomas the Train theme park, good clean family fun. There is also free shuttle service to nearby Legoland. Very ideal for short getaway π

The surrounding areas are still in the midst of construction. There are construction vehicles, barriers, equipment, dust, debris, etc...all over & virtually surrounding the front exterior of the hotel.
Prices are pretty high, probably because of the Singaporean clientele. Rooms are pretty small for what you pay & pretty noisy if you happen to below a gym treadmill. But, the breakfast spread deserves a good comment, great variety. I think beef or turkey bacon is blesphamy. Dining room is spacious & quiet...if you go early. The peace will be broken once you start getting families with screaming kids (& screaming parents yelling at their kids).
My advice is give this hotel a chance to adapt, need time to iron out the kinks. The Lego Land & other upcoming theme parks could be either a blessing or curse to this establishment. We shall see.

Highly recommended for a good night sleep with world class service and hospitality. There are many cafes and bars just behind the hotel. The skybar has great harbour and with swimming pools just adjacent to it. We would be back

Nice hotel with friendly staffs ... but for such a new & world class hotel, the building workmanship is very poor.. the bathtub was stained with paint which believe from the bathroom paint job, shower door can't close properly, toilet flush got stuck & water kept draining & starting to see wall cracks around the place...

There is ample parking space. The room is clean and the service staff are helpful and polite. There is massive development going on now and the route to Hotel Jen Puteri Habour is constantly changing. There are not enough signs to warn drivers of the detour.

Booked a room with the harbour view. Bit disappointed with the dirty window. Otherwise the hotel amenities were great. Comfy room and kids loves going to the lobby play area. There's a free shuttle to Legoland from the hotel and Hello Kitty Town just located within the hotel premises.

Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour is by far one of the nicer hotels in the area. Convenient location to family area like Lego land. Breakfast is outstanding as is their weekend seafood buffet. Lots of restaurants down by the harbour to choose from. Concierge service can assist you on outings and questions about popular destinations in the area. Rooms are spacious and maintained and free WIFI anywhere is fast and strong signal. Safe area - a bit off the beaten path but close by taxi or bus. Parking is easy too. Highly recommend the Jen. I've come here for business from USA and stay here each time.

Relatively new and clean hotel. Sofa converts to 2 single beds. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Great breakfast.
Expensive compared to JB downtown.

2nd time here and this time we book the room with detached living hall with sofa. Good for 5 of us. It comes with 1 single and 1 queen size bed. Bathroom is huge with shower, bath tub, toilet and vanity top and a wardrobe.

A cozy family hotel, reasonable price, good room especially when you get the harbour view. Vast selection for breakfast. Good attention to detail, they even provide slippers for kid! Just walking distance to Hello Kitty & Thomas Town

Modern hotel with decent swimming pool for kids. Good buffet breakfast spread. The staff also made the effort to make simple balloons for my kid, who is having his birthday. He was delighted.

Nice hotel and clean rooms. Nice food and a wide selection at their restaurants too. The kids love the rooftop infinity pool. Below is the Puteri Harbour with eateries. Nice area to chill. Always liked this hotel, but during my most recent trip, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and service was very slow. Dropped a star from my rating.

Location is good as right near Thomas Town and Hello Kitty World. Hotel pretty good. Breakfast great. Rooftop pool is awesome.

A nice 4 stars hotel by the harbour. The Hello Kitty theme park is located next door. There are a few good restaurants at the boulevard if you do not wish to eat at the hotel. Good service from the staffs too.

Part of the Shangrila chain, but abit easier on the wallet compared to full fledge Shangrila properties.
The hotel is located on a marina in an extremely quiet area. It's more suited to people who might want to get away from the hustle and bustles of busy built up areas. Staff was generally courteous and efficient. Special mention to the club lounge staff members as they were a gem. Very welcoming and it only took a check in for them to know drink preferences, accommodate the large group I was travelling with to the best they can. Two thumbs up for effort. Food at the lounge was ok but nothing to scream about. If it gets busy i.e. at capacity then the dishes gets consumed faster than it is replaced. I wouldn't say it's a dinner alternative, although during the time there it's pretty obvious how some people are relying on it for a dinner substitute. If it's quiet it's a nice place to chill.
The room itself was pretty good sized and cleanliness was alright. Washlets in the bathrooms were a plus. The immediate vicinity has a couple of food outlets and some small shops so despite it being rather remote, it's most certainly not a deserted island. It is a good choice for a short getaway but probably not a place for extended periods of stay I guess. Legoland is a short drive away but I think the hotel provides a shuttle.
