Super affordable and value for money. It is located beside McDonalds and across from the shopping mall. Really convenient. Love this place. I've been back here for more than 10 times.

For the price, the room is relatively cosy and comfortable. Got its own parking, restaurant and pub. Location also very good with shopping centre and food near by

Nice room and hotel... I love the breakfast buffet spread... Hotel is opposite Aeon Mall and besides McD... Good location... ;)

Encountered a cockroach at the rack above the fridge. Housekeeping didnt wipe off the dust from the rack. They did not fill up the tissue box too which was empty. Breakfast was nice but need to have more variety on it.

Location in Bukit Indah was convenient to a nearby mall. The hotel staff are friendly and accomadating, the room was clean and lovely to relax in.

We arrived at the Hotel Granada late in the evening and the staff were immediately welcoming. We were checked in and in our room within 10 minutes noting that the lift requires a keycard for added security. Our room was an average size with the usual amenities, fridge, tea/coffee, safe etc but was lacking blackout curtains. At breakfast the next morning the staff were again friendly and we were able to choose from a small selection of foods. There were all of the expected options of local and western style foods but variety of cooked ingredients to go with the rice and noodles was limited to curry, chicken sausages and beans. The hotel has a small pool at the front of the property but given its location between the carpark and main road we decided to give it a miss. While there are a few negative points in my review they don't detract too much from the comfortable bed and overall experience.

Attended a family event, the hotel is the best in class around the area. We booked a total of 10 rooms. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room isn't big. Parking is in the basement. The restaurant is also reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again if I am visiting the area.

Very good hotel to stay at. Simple, comfortable, conducive, convenient. Have been staying at this hotel for business trips since 2014, and still our top choice. In fact they have improved over the years, now providing better toiletries. The breakfast buffet has a decent spread and all are quite delicious.

Management has to look at the hygiene of Olla Restaurant. I am actually having my breakfast in the restaurant now.
1. The vegetables may have not been washed. The vegetables are really bitter. The purple cabbage is seriously awful.
2. I have just spitted out a ROTTEN TOMATO which I took at the salas section. The sourish bitterness really turns me down.
3. The are 4 flies resting on the spoon which has been placed on the olive bottle. There are 4 flies on my table too!

The location is excellent because it is within walking distance to AEON mall. We took the executive room and it was very spacious.

Very convenient. It is situated just opposite the Aeon Mall and next to the bus stop with bus service CW3 that takes you to the checkpoint at Tuas 2nd Link.

My most frequent hotel in jb becos it's very convenient and 2nd link is not as jam.. breakfast is simple but nice and room is well maintained

If something comes up and you cant checkin on the day you booked, instead of simply letting you change your reservation, they will charge you the nightly rate even if u never set foot in their hotel. even if you call and email them asking them to push your reservation back and not charge you for the days you did not check in. money-hungry and missed out on a 7 day stay just so they could charge me a no-show fee for two nights. Thats backwards business. I will choose elsewhere when I do arrive. RipOff

Location is opposite bukit indah mall. Convenient to search for food, shopping at mall, MacDonald beside. Room was decent but breakfast just so-so

The Urban Spa is a fabulous relaxing place. The Spa session I had is something I will go for again. Thank you so much & highly recommendable!
But this is not the same for the Bar Grill located at level 1 . It was so dull and they mentioned abt a live band and good music as told by the staff. Major disappointment as nothing of that such, infact it was smoky and very boring. I walked out of Bar Grill promising myself I would never step in again.

The rooms are small and have cheap wood floors. The staff constantly knocked on my door to clean while I was sleeping even though the do not disturb sign was posted. After I hung a note in English and Bahasa Malay, they started calling my room instead.

Weak wifi. Facility just basic. Have underground sheltered carpark, but limited space. Location wise is good.

My favorite hotel to stay at in bukit indah. It's conveniently located next door to the bukit indah aeon mall if you need to buy anything. Also next to banks, petrol station, McDonald's and plenty of food.

My favorite hotel in JB but being treated like a beggar. Came back to hotel at 5pm and found room not done. Complained to front desk and house keeping, was asked to wait at lobby and at 6pm room is still not done. Is this a treatment accorded to your loyal customer???

Rooms feels small, but then I just use it for R&R only so it's ok. Staff seems to be friendly and rather professional. The good taste excellent for the price.

Centrally located to amenities and surprisingly private which is good. Room stayed was well presented/clean. Downside is the cracks/chip off floor structures

We checked in on feb 2014: i hope they maintain the cleanliness of it since it was pretty new at that time. Big room space for the affordable price, i like the breakfast buffet. We went to the spa for sauna, stones aren't hot,the other room was so hot i can't stay in longer. Then massage lady's nice but cant speak n understand english, i got body pain after massage haha. Nice location, it's just across the mall :)

Hotel was new December 2012. Rooms are small for the price. Don't call the front desk - they hardly ever answer. Restaurant service is slow, and guest attentiveness is low, even when the place is empty. Housekeeping is ok, but they ignore the Do Not Disturb light. This hotel has lights to indicate Do Not Disturb or Please Make Up Room. The housekeeping staff loves to ring the doorbell. If the company didn't already have several people staying here, I would move to the Thistle.

I have been working closely with the Front Desk manager, both in person and via email. He is very intent on making this hotel the 5 Star hotel that it will be with hard work and attention to detail. Housekeeping has learned to pay attention to the Do Not Disturb light, and they are doing a much better job of consistency in making up the room. Available parking in the basement of the hotel is limited, but there is a spacious outdoor lot. The hotel has hired a new chef that has worldwide experience (latest job in Ireland) and he brings a new life to the Olla restaurant. I really like eating here now. The Quando Quando bar has an updated 'snack' menu and they have extended the Rythmix band to provide the entertainment Mon - Sat. It has almost been one year since the hotel opened, and it has had its share of growing pains, but I feel they will be a 5 star hotel. Please work with the management during your stay, and they will address your concerns if you give them the chance.
