One of the most famous Budget Hotel is located at Chinatown, and it's right next to the biggest traffic cross junction of Chinatown. People Park center, People park complex, Yue Hua departmental store, lucky Chinatown, Chinatown food centers are just minutes walk from this hotel. There's no gym, no Swimming pool, no spa, no jacuzzi or restaurants at this hotel.

Not so bad but at times the room had smell of smoking which at times make to check out

Good service. Room are clean and good. But the first floor room's aircon are centralised so we can't change the aircon temperature is a downside.

cosy place. Big plus: its next to 711 and restaurants that open late!!! You will love it everytime you come back hotel and want to grab things!!

Convenient and compact hotel ideally situated for shopping and sightseeing in Chinatown. Downsides are small rooms and no Breakfast included.

Small hotel, only good for short staying while enjoying chinatown. I'm staying there near chinesse new year, so its expensive and so crowded bcs of high season.

a budget hotel that may be good for travelers that dose not wish to spend a few hundreds of dollars a night. But the room are small and basically just a place for you to sleep that's all

Great location, close to MRT, multiple shopping centers just across the street as well as food courts nearby. Tiny room, but you get what you pay for!

Inexpensive hotel in very central locations good for city exploration. Basic services and facilities, so it's more a place to stay the night.

The location is awesome, I can get the train, bus or walk to china town easily.
The price is cheap
The staffs are friendly and helpful
But the room is tiny and there is some strange smell around the corridor

Its location is near the China Town's MRT exit.
The room and bed is comfortable.
No refrigerator in superior room.

The room is too small, and I found cockroach inside the the bathroom. My friend and I scream too loud and finally she hit it with her shoes. We ask the staff to remove it because it so damn disgusting. But what I like here was because it located on chinatown market street.

One of the clark treated me so rude that I felt so bad about it. I don't know his name but he treated like he is the chairman of it. I would never go there again, as long as he is still working there.

I would like to complaint it.Service very bad, staff unpolite, midnight shift staff a boy which hv wear glasses & a lady , they attitude speak to customer very rude,especially the boy sound very loud he score my friend at front reception desk thr ,that time still hv other customer around thr.Besides that, the boy didn't gv my friends come to my room,not allowed visitor to visit the room,and he restrictions my friend came down 15min.Omg, what kind of attitude is this?When my friend late a bit down,the boy call through my room ,he speak very rude and sound feel very angry score us.I very unhappy with his attitude,no polite and no professional as all, at least you can speak softly with excuse me , but you never.I also study and working as hospitality management ,i'm not so professional but at least I know how to serve guest property,never using higher voices talk to guest and respect guest .

This hotel doesn't deserve any star at all, not even a star. But fyi, I wish if anyone is planning to stay in this hotel, I'd rather go for fragrance branch, which is cheaper and has more nicer staffs. At least, they are neat and clean. Right after I opened the door, I could see dusts on the table. Sad that I cannot upload any photo. I could hear people having sex, their voice just filled up the entire hallway. I could clearly hear people talking from the next door. They weren't even raising their voice, If I could understand their language, I'm sure I can even have a conversation without making raising my voice. I could hear them using hair dryer, TV sounds..etc I couldn't sleep until 3 in the morning.
It was just horrible, staffs were unfriendly, they were pretty much sarcastic, talked shits about me right at the back, assuming that I cannot understand a bit of their language (Chinese). Overall, it was horrible and believe no one deserves to be treated in this way.
