Generally pleasant place to shop service is pretty good across the stores. As what other reviewers mentioned, prices are most of the time higher than the average hardware shops. However they do stock up some innovative items like car ionizers and quality pests control items which are not commonly found elsewhere (sometimes except online).

Great service from staff. Was there to look for a spare part and was readily assisted.

Pleasant hardware shop to browse but some items are ridiculously overpriced.
Saw a Flymop set selling at “special price” of $49.90. Wash tempted to buy it but held out. I bought the exact same mop later at Giant for $20!! (Special price - marked down from $40 to $20).

Hardware shop to find your home hardware but prices are much higher than your neighbourhood hardware stores.
