K loved it's my first visit holiday inn express. Loved it's great choice for my budget. Quick checking in very fast. Nice location. Nearly apple store. Easy to find us. Metro n mrt station 100m. Very easy to access shopping malls. Free mobile with internet n apps. Free breakfast. I stayed 5 night. Thank you ☺ great staff well cleaned. I'm waiting to next visit 😍

Perfect city hotel. Staff is very helpful and sweet. Small walk to the MRT and Bus. Breakfast spread is good. You can order from the kitchen plus order delivery food and use the hotel dining area to eat. All in app, great experience. Rooms were good as well.

This hotel have a good location, just 2 minutes to orchard road, which is a famous shopping street i Singapore. Clean room, great breakfast meals. Consider to stay here again.

Stay 16-18 Mar 2018. Early CI at 09.30 am. Quick and smooth process. Even the room ia ready. Everything managed efficiently. Breakfast good. Got a mobile phone which can be used for international dan local call. Very good location. Recommended. 👍👍

This is a good place to stay in mid orchard road. Its handy to Mt Elizabeth hospital if you are in Singapore for out patient procedure. Clean, service fine, rooms are good, lifts are fine. All good. Price is ok for Singapore.

When visiting a hotel, there are a few criteria I consider when reflecting on whether it's worth staying again in future, which are its relative location to points of interest, its service and its food options (offered by the hotel or nearby places). 1) Location Being in a prime location of the city, this hotel offers easy accessibility for the shopaholic where the shopping malls are just a few minutes walk away. The streets nearby are jam packed with different malls to suit any needs (or wants). Additionally, being near the MRT made getting to further places convenient. 2) Service By far the best hotel service I've received in my life thus far. The workers here are superbly friendly and accommodating to your every needs. Also worth mentioning are the chambermaids who go the extra mile to ensure that their guest return from a tiring day of shopping to a well organized and clean room. 3) Food options The breakfast here was above average but to those who prefer to explore, the nearby shopping malls can relieve most cravings from fine dining options to more simple meals. Overall, I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and should I be looking for a place to stay in Singapore, this would always be foremost in my mind.

The location of The hotel is very convenient. Bus stops walking distance away. Plus a very good time to stay at orchard road with Christmas round the corner. The rooms are small and cosy. Very comfortable with good amenities. Quality service as well!!!

Superb location at Orchard where all the popular malls are within walking distance. Nice rooms with good amenities provided. Will be nice if the hotel has more room booking promotions at attractive rates!

Heart of Orchard Road. Not a swanky place. But good enough. Very crowded breakfast area. Laundry available, 10$ for washing and drying. Gym available. Not good for Indian food. Very near to Somerset and Orchard Tang plaza metro, 10 min walk.

I stayed for quite some time here. Breakfast is good and serves Indian food in a week as well. It's location is all worth the money. Easy commute and hotel staff are really friendly.
They have basic gym. No swimming pool though.

The location is best. It is right in the middle of Orchard road. Rooms are good, very well maintained and hygiene. Facilities are good, breakfast has limited spread but quality is good. Amazing staff, very friendly and attentive.

The hotel was quite good and we'll located... But breakfast is unbearable due to a perverted chef named raam... who comes around making people uncomfortable...with his fake convos and stares..(I was in the hotel for 9 days.... and 7 out of 9 he came around bugging me and my fianceé) . I would totally not recommend having breakfast here... .. unless u like being uncomfortable...But apart from this .. it's totally a wonderful place worthy of 5 stars... great rooms great service.

Great for business travelers traveling alone. Smaller rooms, but very clean and modern. Breakfast Hall can get a bit crowded, but great food selection.

great location. no frills hotel, a bit expensive for what you got but not much of a deal breaker. breakfast included, wifi throughout and handy mobile is provided in room.

Excellent hotel located at excellent location. 200 m from MRT Somerset , also there's a bus no 36 in front of this hotel go direct to Changi airport but taking this bus it takes 1 hour to reach airport.
The hotel provide free WIFI, free breakfast , free mobile phone with free local calls and selected international calls. What else do we can ask ? 😀

Basic breakfast and small rooms. But it's in a very convenient location right behind the apple store in Singapore. Theres a small business centre with 2 I macs. Unfortunately they are locked so it's not very useful for installing any video chat software. The breakfast is very basic. But they have good coffee and offer free Breakfast Togo! Nice one.

A hotel that is just off Orchard Road is just as good. Accesed by a small alleyway that connects you to Paragon, Mandarin Gallery, 313 Somerset, and so much more! The staff might be a little disorganized, but for the price it gives, I don't blame them. I do recommend to come just before or after high season as the breakfast area becomes packed. Also, if you're the type of person who enjoys views from their hotel, this one doesn't have a great one.

Great place to stay just a stones throw away frm the famous Orchard Rd. Great rooms and friendly staff ... b'fast is simple but good ... all other meals please eat elsewhere.

Good location with friendly staff. Beware on long stays the room rate can change a lot and be very expensive. After a 2 month stay here they wanted to charge me $350+ per night for some special event.

Awesome location for all the Orchard Rd shopping, close to the MRT. The included buffet breakfast was amazing, so much variety, really tasty food! Very comfy rooms, and the front desk staff were super nice. I'd definitely return. 😊

Awesome location, just cross to takasimaya and behind abercrombie. Walking distance to somerset mrt.
Not many options but delicious breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Large room (for singapore hotel).
Free wifi and good connection.
Fast lift to high floor.
Fair room temperature. Feels heaven when entering the hotel as singapore is very hot outside.

I stayed here with my friends. Indeed it was a wonderful experience. Front-desk service was really good. From breakfast, to room comfortableness, I would rate it v high. Location is also excellent, just 5-7 mins walk from Metro train station.
Next time I travel to Singapore again, my first choice will be this hotel.
