THE worse customer service for spares. I have 4 tiger thermos of various sizes and designed. The internal of tiger thermos don't last and the parts are expensive! What makes it worse is the spare parts service people. It's horrible to say the least. Everything everyone else said here is true. If you work and can't come before 5pm you can forget about getting a spare part. They will stone wall you even if the physical store is still open and have available stock. You need to show black face and almost be nasty for them to SELL you the spares. This puts me off buying new Tiger thermos because of this company.

Service sucks! Wanted to buy a spare part for my thermal flask. Called one day before to get the pricing. Came the next day and was informed that it was out of stock. The staff are not apologetic at all for me making a wasted trip. They should have checked on the stocks availability.

Disgusting service. Downright stuck up and useless.
My family and I were keen in buying an portable electronic lunch box that could be plugged in and heated up. Asked a Chinese lady who didn’t seem to understand much English at first, so we asked the English speaking female shopkeeper at the counter. Was replied with a rude tone as if she was looking down on us. One of the worst service staff I have ever come across. Will never patronize ever again.
If you’re looking for a Tiger flask or pots and pans, just go to Takashimaya or Isetan, or even BHG opposite the road. I’m sure you’ll be greeted with better service.

Be prepared to face stuck-up service for N-user & expensive spares.

Through a phone conversation, I have come to understand that Heap Seng Group Pte Ltd. supplies Tiger ware to Takashimaya.
I called their hotline to check the pricing of one of their Tiger products, since they have put up an online catalogue without stating a single price for their products.
My experience with their staff is poor, bordering on abysmal. I called after lunch time, and shared my query with a soft-spoken, but rather unsure-sounding lady that was the first person to pick up the phone. She put me on hold after I have spoken. She then returned to tell me that she cannot share the prices of their products over the phone, so anyone reading this - don't bother calling them. I wondered why she had put me on hold unnecessarily if she had already knew from the start that her company's policy is to not disclose prices to the public. What I found even more confounding is the fact that they have an online catalogue of their brands and products' model codes.
I tried to explain the intention behind my call, and assured her that I am calling as a consumer, not some shrewd competitor of theirs. Furthermore, I told her that their shop is located quite far from my residence, so it would really help if she can share with me their pricing for that one product before I head to their shop. She then passed me over to someone I believe is of higher seniority to her, and the next lady spoke in a terse and hasty manner. Impatiently, she said that she is not able to tell me the prices of any of her products, telling me to go to Takashimaya instead since the price of that product I was inquiring is the same as Takashimaya's. She then proceeded to hang up quickly.
I would suggest you head somewhere else if you intend to make purchases for a thermal flask. You don't want to be treated with curt responses made worse with an underlying hint of hostility (that you're unwelcome), and they claim that their prices are exactly the same as what you'd find at other departmental stores. They seem a lot less interested to deal consumers than with businesses (B2B) - where the bulk purchases, and hence, money lies. A pity - I know a foul business when I meet one.
Btw: If you're looking for a Tiger food jar, try scouring Qoo10 or wait for one of Isetan's or Takashimaya's sales (a game of luck since you never know which specific models they might put on sale).
