The thai massage here are good for those who need to recover from work stress or sports.

Has potential but needs formal training and practices. Good control on pressure but lack format, flow and technic. For example, rub skin against bed. Sat on the edge of my shin. Don't know how to massage foot. My service was meant to be Thai massage. What I got was someone who watched Thai massage on TV and trying to emulate what it is supposed to be.

Healing touch is probably the most honest spa/beauty place I know. They never push u, what they offer is as it is - in a good way. Cause their service is good. My wife is a regular there. And even me I don't mind sitting hours in their waiting area with their nice smell and free drinks. The staff all look happy, when staff happy means company is doing right things

You are a godsend with your MLD manual lymphatic drainage treatment to help alleviate the pains and discomforts of lymph fluid build-up suffered by cancer patients who have had cancer surgery that involved the removal of perfectly healthy lymph nodes from the vicinity of the primary cancer site. God bless you all angels.

Used to learn their service... it is still good now. hope they keep it up. Unfortunately location is kinda not easily accessible even if you drive

Went for the $28 trial facial today at Tampines Central and I liked it! There was no hard selling which I feel is very important when offering trial! Being served by a beautician who knows what she's doing is important and that is Sendrene! She is detailed and able to recommend suitable products and treatments for my skin. The entire session felt good and my skin feels good after the trial too! I will recommend this place to my friends and will go back in the future

Amazing service as usual. Healing Touch is always my favourite place for massage and plenty of self pampering!

Not had a blah massage here. Therapists are extremely skilled.

Booked ahead for couple massage. Told that they could only do a certain time to accommodate a couple so we booked it. Arrived, Asked to pay up front then told that only single rooms available.
They either did not care and got us in anyway or they got greedy and gave the room to someone else.
What a waste of our time. Walked out and went elsewhere. Why reward bad service. Won't see me in there again.

Value for money, has decent availability and best of all, allows you to book online with ease.
My sis recommended this place to me. This is my 2nd experience at Healing Touch. The first was at the Mohd Sultan area and this time around at the Upper Thomson. The 1st experience unfortunately was not that great.
One benefit is that they have several outlets to choose from so you should be able to get yourself a slot if you are flexible with location, especially since Singapore is not all that big.
Booked their promotional Asian Fusion massage which was $46/hour. Only applicable for local/PR and require you to show you ID to validate. (Found this option only via clicking on a mobile ad when I googled for their outlet and I think it's valid till end of year)
I love it that I was able to view their availability online and also considerably hassle free booking process. You do not need to sign up an account and all the other unnecessary tasks, which I'm really glad about. One downside is when you are booking for more than 1 person, you have to go through the process again to book for the 2nd person. Not overly difficult so I'm still alright with it.
Parking at this upper Thomson branch can be quite a pain. Best to arrive 30mins before your massage to secure a lot and walk to their shop.
Upon entering, you will smell the usual spa scent which is nice. Conditioning your mind for an hour or relaxation.
After a quick registration, we were ushered to the rooms for massage. No introduction but just asking me to strip and wear their disposable undies. Professional just probably impersonal, would like to know what's the masseurs' name too.
When I'm all set, she came in set up briskly and went straight to work. My massage was awesome, I walked out feeling good and relaxed. Unfortunate for my partner, hers wasn't as good, felt the masseur was too gentle and not hitting the right spots.
One major reason why I'm rating them 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the noise. The wall partitions are not all the way to the ceiling so you can hear your neighbors. I heard endless dog barking (probably from a pet shop nearby), staff chatting, some guests' mobile phone continuously beeping throughout the hour and many other noises. It really would have been awesome awesome if the sound could have been minimized.
After the massage, we were offered a warm drink at the reception while we waited for our turn to make payments.
Overall, appreciate the hassle free booking, enjoyed my massage and the affordable rate.
Would recommend this branch over the Clarke quay one.
