Went during off peak hour, managed to get a really good masseuse who will be otherwise booked out.
Great ambience, and masseuse who knew where the knots are.

Based on the recent bad reviews I was inclined to go else where, but as it's a short walk I decided to give it a go. Thank goodness I did..! I used the online booking system and had an email confirmation of my appointment. Was warmly greeted at reception, offered bathroom or shower before the massage (not needed as I just did that). Went with the 1 hour Asian fusion massage which was excellent..! It felt like 2 hours, really comprehensive, some deep tissue, some relax, head massage with pressure points. Ginger tea to finish. I'll certainly go back. :-)

Do not recommend anyone go here. What a terrible experience. The customer service is appalling and rude. The only thing this place did was leave me annoyed and aggitated.
To respond to the owner and elaborate.
My husband called up last week to book an appointment for a massage and facial as a Mother's Day present. He then called yesterday and confirmed the appointment which was confirmed by the same girl we met with today. When we go in there today the girl at reception was extremely rude and she said there was no record of the facial and it could not be done at the time we booked (facial at 4 followed by the massage at 5) She then suggested having the facial appointment at 5:45 (and the massage at 4) so I basically have to sit there and wait for 45 min after my massage. She was extremely rude and accused us of lying about making the appointment which doesn't make sense because why would you have half the appointment booked in. She is clearly a very bad representative of your establishment and from the reviews this mistake has been made before. I would suggest that you hire more qualified staff who have some level of customer service and don't make customers so annoyed they have to write scathing reviews. If you can't keep a booking don't offer that service it's very simple. You completely wasted my afternoon

Massage was ok. However, I experienced disappointing things. First of all, they asked me to delay my booking time. They told me that the number of staff was not enough that day. I accepted it.
1 hour before my booking they called again and asked me to come earlier as much as I could. Though I was hesitated, I went there much earlier.
Surprisingly, when I arrived they refused my booking with promotion because of the timing. Promotion criteria didn't match my booking time. They knew I booked promotion. But they didn't explain at all.

Great experience, I tend to get a message after a long flight to help me relax and they always provide a superior service. Very experienced and friendly staff.

For some reason I had a spontaneous craving for a massage. Normally I wait for a $25 Groupon for a one hour massage anywhere in the CBD, but this time I needed one pronto! I googled for massages and this was a top result. I called and booked my appointment for a few hours later.
For $58, I got a one hour Javanese massage. The receptionist was super friendly and so was my therapist. They were both really genuine about making sure I had a good experience. The receptionist even offered to get me something to drink.
The therapy rooms could use a bit of work though. They weren't really individual rooms (more like large cubicles almost), so you could hear everything going on in the "cubicles" nearby.
Overall, a good experience and I'd definitely go back if I needed an on-demand massage.

Great friendly service and reasonable prices. Aren't pushy with plans. Massage skill seems comparable to other places at a similar price. Make sure to discuss the purpose and type of massage you want and the reception can advise best. Going back for sure.
Just a note that Google maps puts it as 10+ mins from dg mrt. Reality is more like 20.
