updates: look just how many new fantastic reviews you have added, Hawksford, after my true and sincere review. Sudden outpour of good reviews and people liking the reviews. shows how low you guys will stoop to make fake reviews to win. this is so laughable.
not interested at all. would like to change my Company's present corp sec. sent me a reply and ask me to choose. once i ready, I will hve to call her office. no HP at all. i thought I am the client? ABSURD to a NEW LOW!

My experiences with Hawksford are that they have a team of warm, responsible and enthusiastic with passionate communication skills and client support. We are new to the Singapore regulatory environment, and the client service consultants are patient and extremely helpful in guiding us through the regulatory maze. After the company is incorporated, I met up with the company secretary team and the accounting & tax team. I am very impressed with their professionalism, in-depth industry & regulatory knowledge, and their advice on common pitfalls are extremely valuable! I highly recommend them.

I had wanted to enquire more about the services I required for my business. Lucia took over my case and send me a quotation. I asked for a meet-up so that I can understand more. I have to keep emailing for confirmation and have to wait for at least two days for a few words replies. She said I missed an appointment but I didn't receive what she said in the email. I thought she would fix another appointment with me but nope. She simply disappear and doesn't bother about my case anymore. Thank God I found another service provider recommended by my business associate - Reliance Consulting. Boy, then do I know what is call fast and efficient services. I'm disappointed and disgusted with both Lucia and Hawksford.

I cancelled my order but they shipped it out anyway and I'm trying to get a refund and they will not get ahold of me or give me their telephone number

Oh spare me. These folk are in to making money and not providing a service. They are so focused on making money that they will stop you spending the money you are ready to spend because they are more focused on selling you something else.
I sent them a few questions to clarify the characteristics of a Singaporean company and instead they answered just one question by way of seeking to get me to pay someone else to answer that one question.
So any experienced business person will know that when you experience this type of behaviour early in the interaction then you know you will experience it many times in the future if you enter in to a business relationship with them.

Horrible services, they never return phone calls even when urgent.
I was trying to 2 weeks to reach them as I needed to set up my business in Singapore but wasted time and lost money in the process while waiting for a simple phone call to be returned.

Janus is always clear with their instructions which helped us tremendously in preparing the necessary corporate documents. There was one company which we had to set up on an urgent basis and Janus fully understood our needs and was able to set up the company in time. I also like the frequent reminders about accounting/tax filing and other reporting requirements which also helps me a lot in managing our corporate calendar.
