This is my 2nd time car rental from Hawk. On both occasions, Hawk provided a nice Mazda 3 car and kept it serviced. On a few occasion, I needed help, Hawk's service person arrived quickly and helped to cure the problem. I would highly recommend anyone to rent a car from Hawk in Singapore. The sales team also provided excellent support.

Recently I was Singapore with the family and decided to rent a car to travel up to Malaysia. I was recommended to Hawk.
I would say they had been very patient with me and services was great. I am a person with lots in mind when traveling on the road with rental cars and customs.
Hawk Singapore provided me all contact when I needed help driving in Malaysia, staff at Malaysia was great though communication was a little tough.
Vehicle provided to me was superb and I enjoy how they had maintain cleanliness and assure me that service was up to date.
Thanks to Hawk for providing me a safety and wonderful journey for me and my family.
I shall see you soon!!!

Friendly and approachable staff. When I had some problem with the car, immediate action was taken to rectify the problem even to the extend of replacing a new car am pleased with their services and will continue to rent car from them.

My family, from Australia, hired a sedan from Haw Rent-A-Car Singapore but was shocked to find that cheap sub-standard tyres were fitted on the vehicle, leaving our family unknowingly at risk during our two-week venture from Singapore to Penang. More than three-quarters of our way through the journey, we discovered that the reinforced steel within the back driver's side tyre was protruding through the tread - a horrid find considering we were travelling at about 110km/h on the majority of our journey. We contacted both their Malaysian and Singaporean offices, neither of which obviously had interaction with the other. The Malaysian office proceeded to stuff us around, making false promises of a new car delivered to us, stranding us for over half a day and causing us to cancel numerous appointments and sightseeing ventures due to their incompetence. Moverover the spare tyre was grossly under-inflated. Their negligence after our return to Singapore is also condemnable, as their corporate office refused to own up to their mistakes, claiming "every car is inspected thoroughly before being rented out", but failed to explain how or why our rental car had passed their inspection procedure, only suggesting that we ourselves had caused the damage and that we should "read the terms and conditions of hire", blatantly attempting to absolve themselves of any form of liability. We were refused any form of compensation, nor have we received an apology - only more false promises of "I'll call you back". It appears that they believe our return to Australia has only allowed them to wash their hands clean of this matter.
Our lives were put at risk by this company through their gross irresponsibility, negligence, incompetence and ignorance. Be aware of renting a car from them as you will likely be putting your life, that of your family and other road users at risk.
