My wife and I went back to make full payment for the washer that we made a booking for so that it could be delivered. We were attended to by Bobby who was very eager and enthusiastic. His recommendations and knowledge of appliances were very good. It was a few minutes to closing but he and another Ching Tai (whom we later found out was not well and had to make a trip back home to JB) stayed back without hesitation nor a sign of hurry to attend to our every enquiry. The prices we got for the appliances we ended up getting were competitive and reasonable. As the washer we ordered got discontinued, we made another trip down to confirm the substitute model and was served by yet another pleasant and soft spoken gentlemen - Danny. Throughout the waiting period, we were also kept updated and via text by both Bobby and Danny. Over all, we're very impressed with the level of service, knowledge and follow up from the three of these gentlemen. It is rare these days to experience such standards in Singapore. It is because of this experiences that we will go back to them for our future purchases. Thank you from both of us!

I purchased a panasonic fridge since 11th March & scheduled delivery 31st March which is utterly puzzling but its 16th April today still no call no delivery no refund from Harvey Norman? I went to the outlet to check twice but no commitment about delivery and only said "We will call you" Very disappointed. Same with my aircon purchase 3 years ago, Harvey Norman also late delivery and send a team of inexperienced installers that took 7 hours to install the unit. Very disappointed.

Staff are friendly and helpful with sufficient knowledge on products. Price are reasonable, nice environment too.

You find cheap and good electrical gear in Harvey Norman. Harvey Norman has attentive service and wide selection in a good location at a corner from the link way from The Frontier to Jurong Point. And it is really huge.
