Horrible PRODUCT CARE. Do not BUY! Things break after a year and they will choose the replacement option and void your product care! If you choose store credit, it is only valid for two weeks and its less than the value you got it for plus you can only purchase one item with that.

Delivery people lazy and calculating!!! Disgusted with their attitude when they deliver 2 chairs which they refused to bring them to the second floor! What kind of service Harvey Norman has! The last time they send 2 lights to my house, they were broken in the packing! And the stands were glued instead of screwed and naturally, they come off after a while! It will be my last time buying from Harvey Norman!

Horrible customer service. Across the board with Harvey Norman. I went to the Sun City location to print a photo. Somehow all 4 of their self service kiosks were broken and the staffed service desk itself was "broken". They told me to go to the MilleniaWalk location to print. Got there and I was told they weren't doing any more printing today (they decided to close up half an hour early). Waste of an hour of my time. I'll spare myself future visits to this chain.

pitiful customer service experience when buying Sealy mattress!
We have tried a mattress in store, bought a feeling (this is the purpose of a mattress!)and have been offered 2 free gifts (as per promo in store), but when the brand new mattress arrived out home, the feeling was DRASTICALLY different. We are not talking about a small difference but a complete different feeling (a super firm mattress, vs a softer in store). When back to the store to complain, have been redirected to the manufacturer Sealy (why? We bought at Harvey Normann), who intended to find a laundry list of excuses for not refunding the said mattress. We had to go again to the store and had to ask if the small claims will be necessary, and they finally accepted to refund...but as we were not having the boxes of the free gifts with us any longer, we had to pay for the free gift...!!!!(that we most probably would have never bought in other circumstances), we hv been clearly taken as hostage between HN and Sealy! No trust at all in none of the brand for sure!

I would like to highlight the unprofessional behaviours demonstrated by Harvey Norman’s delivery personnel, as follows.
On 28 Sep 2017 (Thu), 11am-2pm, there were 3 delivery guys coming to my house to deliver a microwave oven and a vacuum cleaner that I purchased on 26 Sep 2017 (Tue). During the time period, I was inside my house when my main wooden door was closed. At about 12pm-1pm, I first heard a loud voice “Hello”, then after one second I heard somebody pressed my door bell, then after another one second I heard somebody heavily knocked my main wooden door. This made me very uncomfortable, intrusive and invasive.
The 3 delivery guys did 3 things – (i) said a loud hello, (ii) pressed door bell, (iii) heavily knocked door – but each was done with a one-second interval rather than waiting for a while before making a more intensive noticing force. This is very annoying.
I do not recommend Harvey Norman’s delivery service.

3 whole levels of electronics, appliances, and modern home decor and furniture such as beds and mattresses. They have good variety of sofas and even hipster kitchenware. Generally quite empty on weekdays, good shopping experience, plus a lot of promotions ongoing!

The older Asian lady selling Fitbits was in such a bad mood, that we decided to walk away and look for the Fitbit at another mall. Beautiful thing ABO t Singapore - there is always another mall next door

Good services and products but not aware of stock availability nor able to provide any ETA about when new products are arriving from ordering or pre-ordering. Would rate it higher if there was a minimum of awareness of products stock availability.
Also they managed to mess up my order with another model.

Sad that you cannot check boxed gopro/camera accssories. I understand that they are sealed and because of that, the millenia walk shop should provide samples like in their other shops. Its funny how your salesman struggle to estimate the length of the gopro pole that i bought with his arms and i eventually returned it back which is a waste of my time because of wrong estimation using the arms as it was too short. (You can view your CCTV on the CAMERA section dated 31/1/17 around 4-7pm. Its really funny).
One star for the return and exchange process. It was fast. But still, they did not allow me to check the item before purchasing. I checked the item when i got home, the item seal tapes are different and loose, meaning it was opened before. Talk about inconsistency.
I do not recommend this branch. Go to their other branches instead. Better sales people, better service.

Expensive compared to what we are used to and many products are cheaper online. The staff try to be helpful but are a little pushy. Also, have quite a limited range. If you find an online review for an excellent product, they won't normally have it here.

Flagship Harvey Norman outlet. There's so many electronic items sold here. Sometimes, there are great discounts too! However, the staff aren't really that approachable and friendly.
