Baby Back Ribs - tiny portion and the sauce was very watery with little flavour which probably came out of a sachet. Requested half the beer menu until something they had in stock. Can find better for less elsewhere

My friend and I visited Harry's at Tampines Grande around 27th March (pardon me for the delayed review) and it was a delightful experience and I received amazing service from the staff ! I would like to especially commend on one of the bartenders, Nicholas for his friendly demeanour and his excellent effort to go the extra mile for service. Initially, my friend and I were rather disappointed that Harry's1992 was removed from the menu. Nicholas happened to notice us and he managed to concoct the drink! We were surprised and very pleased that Harry's have such dedicated staff =) The other staff were also efficient in their service. I hope that Nicholas will be able to get the recognition he deserved and once again, I would like to thank the entire team for their commitment. Keep up the good work!

I agree with Colin Hong... we came here from using the Entertainer App, and the service girl insisted it was not in use despite the app listing this place as one of the Harry’s branches.
On top of that, I tried ordering Harry’s Premium Lager and the Guest beer which was: Brooklyn Craft Lager and BOTH were not available !
What’s the point of having specials in your menu if it is not available??
The attitude of the service girl was also pretty “take it or leave it” .. she didn’t even bother explaining to me my Harry’s card privileges properly: it literally felt like she was trying hard to leave the table instead of serving me.
Food wise : I ordered Harry’s Jazz burger and Caprese pasta.. the food was good, as Harry’s should be.
I want to say I am extremely disappointed as I have been visiting Harry’s for many years : Raffles Place, Esplanade, Shenton, MBFC, and South Beach... really sad that their neighbourhood branch service leaves much to be desired.

The food here is decent especially the burgers! I enjoyed the ambience too. However, it's wiser to come here when there is a 1-for-1. The manager was friendly but generally the staff were quite inflexible and unfriendly. The service girl wasn't welcoming to allow us to have a seat inside to order first when we were early, but said she had to do some cleaning when the place already looked clean. We came at 11.30am but food service only starts at 12pm. I wouldn't come here for service, but food is okay.

One of my favourite chillout place. Their signature chicken wings are madness!
Currently, they have 1-for-1 on Mains even on weekdays and weekend till 8pm. (check their website for the timing) and Beer promos at 2 for $20.

Worst Harry's. I am sitting in the pub for 15min and no one serve me. And, best aprt is the pub is not crowded at all.

Very cosy, nice place in Tampines central, near East-West & Downtown line stations! Twin beer or stout @$10 a pint!! The chicken wings, woooow!!!
10 minutes walk to home, practically can crawl home after drinking

Excellent drinking spot. Fav watering hole for the working office folks after 5. Excellent atmosphere. Can be crowded depending what time you visiting. The standard Harry's offering all there. Wished it could be cheaper so that all can drink more though.

Excellent service. Happy hour 5-8pm. Bar snacks are good sized portions and tasty. Lunch specials are a bargain at $15 for all main playes pizza and salads.

Excellent place to catch up with family and friends. I like the signature wings the most (for those can't take spicy food - the chili a little bit spicy).

Wonderful atmosphere. Harry's is still one of the best pub in town.
